To be honest we don't know, we never had the luck to pull two in one case but if I were to guess Id bet it happens every now and again. Just very rare. We've had that kind of luck with other sets. Sorry we couldn't be more help.

Are you guys in north america? Customer service told me they don't ship these to the U.S.A

Yes we are in the US. No clue as to why that happened. Maybe because we ordered full cases and not singles or did you try to order full cases too?
