I remember when you guys were back yard guys messing with their cars and now look at you guys. It really shows me how much soul and well, just love you guys put into the cars you 2 build. It doesn't matter if its a junkyard car yall really show the same love for the car as if it was all the other ones and i can really see you two becoming attached to the car that you are building and that is what the love for cars is all about... you guys had earned a forever subscriber a good while ago and to this day you guys still have failed to disappoint, thank you.. Look forward to all the many other adventures you guys go on next, i mean what new adventures we go on (sorry im not done i guess) because the creation of and the professional work that is put into these videos is one of a kind, from the music to the camera quality, positioning, scenes and panoramic viewing et.. It's quite mesmerizing and somewhat therapeutic to be able to sit down and relax from the grind and watch a high quality well made, very interesting and also might i add quite informative in many ways. I am quite surprised you guys don't have your own tv show by now but then again tv sucks and all that would do is force you guys to do and say the things you 2 normally wouldn't do or naturally wouldn't say, That is the last thing us subscribers would want to happen to you 2, all that would do is ruin the originality you guys have established throughout the years. So keep up the great work of awesome content, guys. Stay the original car loving builders and you guys can and will always rely on us subscribers to have your back.

Thomas Marshall They are referred to as cement trucks, generally, though sometimes cement mixers which is incorrect in both cases as they mix concrete and not cement, cement is just one of the ingredients and the product created is concrete. To be accurate 'cement mixer' (actually concrete as previously mentioned) refers to the apparatus on the rear and not the actual vehicle. Tractor trailers are a combination of a tractor unit or the colloquial title 'truck' and a trailer of varying design. Tractor unit is the correct definition of the cab and short chassis section and usually fitted with two or more axles. I used to work for Bassetts Haulage Contractors. Also not being an ass, just sayin'...

Not only are the MCM's boys a bit younger, but they don't work as editors for hot rod/motor trend. They are all over the place all the time. Not lazy at all, you got no idea what it's like to pull a motor and swap in an entirely different setup and make it go like stink on shit. Both parties had extras helping, and both Nailed their builds perfectly. Would be a hell of a time.
@Burroughsbikebuilds8 жыл бұрын
Quinn Ellis - Yeah, I do. Just swapped my 6.0l Powerstoke with a 5.9l 24v Cummins into my Excursion. Don't make gross assumptions. I still stand behind my statement in regards to the actual subject and not your personal opinion of my mechanical ability. MotorTrend is a huge entity. Even in comparison to MCM. I love RK, but they just did an engine swap, poorly. Whereas, MCM went through nearly the whole car, and created something much, much more unique. Not to mention I felt the edit they posted was better completed as well. But that's just my opinion.
@christianbarber34208 жыл бұрын
I'm curious, how long did the 5.9 swap take you? and do you have pics of the final outcome, because I did a 5.9 swap into a chevy and it took 3 wks with a compound turbo setup and I have every tool and resource available, If you say its easy I can only imagine that its a " hey it runs and drives " attitude and not a " its runs, drives , safe and aesthetic" mentality

Finally! I am so glad this finally took place! Next time you should buy each other cars and then see how can build it better. Like road kill gets you guys a American muscle car, like a 2001 corvette or 06 viper, and you guys get them something non American muscle, like a 1993 Supra or 95 MR2 Turbo.

How about if MCM and Roadkill do the inverse - Roadkill does Euro/Japanese cars and MCM build an American car, but maybe not a muscle (Perhaps something like Cobalt comes to mind) And gonna wonder if there's a chance to come to Brazil, to live the ethanol life...

@thedyslexicwordsmith7968 жыл бұрын
good idea but the cobalt is a Vauxhall under the skin, not very Detroit iron IMO, but a Saturn or something like that maybe?
@mahiru20ten8 жыл бұрын
The dyslexic word smith Could be a good idea too. I'm just limiting that they won't use muscle cars like charger,challenger,mustang,or such, because that has been used a lot. I'd like to see other american cars be taken to play. Or perhaps if there are american utes in australia (i mean, the likes of ford ranchero or el camino) they can do a ute showdown in round 2
@Speedstar2358 жыл бұрын
Muammar Gibran The closest Roadkill got to a Japanese build was a complete rust bucket of a Nissan 240Z with an American V6 transplant that they really liked. They later bought a Mazda REPU that has its rotary engine removed and switched to a boat engine modified into the bed pre-purchase.

@DailyDotaTV8 жыл бұрын
i guess that's the emergency switch in case the car get's on fire they can disconnect everything from the battery to prevent more damage like electric shocks or in case of a fuel leak to ignite it with a spark.
@bobfalfa768 жыл бұрын
+Beazor 86 They said on the Roadkill episode "what ever you do don't push the red button" but never said what it's for. Might be for something, might just be a joke,who knows. Great episode though,that impala is gold,lol.

that subarute is sexy af. haha. it actually looks really good! the wheels fit perfectly, the fender flares make it way more aggressive, and the back Joey mod headlights make the front end look amazing. the Bed in the back give it way more Utility (Ute). and everything comes together perfectly. I am genuinely impressed as well.

Adam Gilmore and while roadkill is based around making clunkers work for as little money as possible mcm is about modifying working cars, often times regardless of the. If they did another match in which they had to get a hunk of junk up and running with the best performance possible for as little money possible roadkill would show more fight.

@StephenButlerOne8 жыл бұрын
that is what RK do though, they get supper shitty cars, bodge then up for one time events. that is their whole show. which is great. MCM build cars (in general ) that they are going to live with . and to be fair they started out with a bulit proof Japanese car , that just needed tinkering with. they didn't need to mess with the turbo. just changing the flow and ECU , would of got the same results. that American barge, is shocking , but what a lap he put together to get that within a second or two of the scuby. he would of got mid 40s together in the scuby I bet. I would of liked to see him do do it. a propper apples to apples test. as the scuby should smash that bardge on that test. Edited as it looked like I typed it with my nose

I just watched the Roadkill episode featuring you guys. Believe it or not, this was the first time I'd heard of Mighty Car Mods! At the end of the show, you suggested that we leave a comment after the video asking for more shows featuring both teas... By all means, YES! The way you played off of each other, both getting into the other's cars, seeing them for what they were, the kinds of cars that are assumed the other country drives all the time, well, I just dug it to the max! DO IT AGAIN... AND AGAIN!
