I think it's down to personal preferense. It looks great on a table but wouln't win you any major painting awards. But this technique looks really good ona a fully painted army on a TT.

Exactly: it is an entry level NMM so anyone can try it and develop from here. I know most of you either do great NMM already, or will do awesome ones in no time at all!

Great vid, love the neon lignts to show were to highlight. Also, what brush and size do you use?

Thanks, glad it is helpful! I like size 3, either Davinci Maestro, Rosemary, or W&N. For detail work, in this video I used a 2, but a good quality 3 that can hold a point is my favourite because it has lots of paint in its belly and you need to have that "tank" for long sessions and painting batches.
