Whenever I watch these videos, I see exactly what you're all doing at each step, you tell me what you're doing and why, and then I see the finished product and still go "What is this witchcraft!?" I made the mistake of watching this before bed. I put off painting a elf warrior bust for a few years now because I was scared to paint it. I always wanted to paint it with NMM and this tutorial made sens to me in a way that left me super excited to paint. Thank you two so much for making this video.

Then cheat. Find a dimly lit room and place the model on a table. Use a lamp to create the light source from the angle you want. Take photos of it and use for reference while painting.
