@@donzee100 That is incidental. A real passport is valid only if it is validly obtained. A Canadian cannot hold a Kenyan passport unless they sign dual citizenship papers(Section 14(5)). Go to any website to obtain a Kenyan passport, like the Kenya embassy in Washington, and you will see this requirement. As a said before, Miguna is very quick to point out the law but very slow in obeying the law.

Yes! He has to regularize his citizenhip which he lost when he acquired a foreign citizenship before 2010. It has nothing to do with his place of birth. But he can still come into the country as a Canadian as often as he may wish until he regularizes his Kenyan citizenship. That is what is outlined in the constitution that you gave to yourselves in 2010. But the previous one was worse. It completely barred dual citizenship.
