Im definitely a morning person I love how nice it is in the morning!! I think my anxiety gets heightened at night. Although winter makes me a more of a night person just because of how dark it gets so early in the morning.

OMG i've always wanted to go to japan but i'm coeliac and i thought that gluten free food would be too difficult to find so finding out that there is not just one but TWO WHOLE gluten free people in japan has literally made my day

I had to do a gluten free diet for a while because they thought I had Celiac (it ended up being gastroparesis) and even in the US the struggle was real, I can't imagine how hard it'd be in Japan 🥲

I moved to Japan about a month ago and inadvertently became a morning person since my partner wakes up at 7:15 for his job, but this honestly makes me so nostalgic for New York!! I miss the rats and the nightime chaos :') I'll have to get out into Amemura at night one of these days. On that note, I have an Osaka cafe recommendation!! I have no idea how often you end up in Kansai, if at all, but if you're in Osaka you HAVE to go to Kitahama Retro if you haven't been before. The building is from 1912, but it's western style, and they specialize in British teas and goodies! Their scones are amazing (cookies were just ok imo) but there's also an upstairs cafe with sandwiches and tea and all that. All their items are really cute (perfect Omiyage) and the interior is beautiful as well. I bet you'd love it! I recommend both their Earl Grey Tea and the Orange Scone :)

Naturally, I am a night person, but I often force myself to be a day person whenever I need to care of things like work or assignments. I tend to sign up for morning classes to be done with lectures as early as possible haha. This video was so much fun to watch!! :) Definetely going to Chill Collection during my next trip to Japan. That place looked so pretty!

I'm definitely a night person! I find that when it passes 9 o'clock, I suddenly get this burst of productive energy to get things done. finishing my homework, cleaning my house, start a new hobby, etc! I also work evening/closing shifts. However, i envy those morning people! It looks like a dream to wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee while getting stuff done throughout the day. Im definetly more of a morning person because I love the time in the morning and how much more you can do and productive I feel when I wake up early. Plus i get tired pretty early and need my 8 hours of sleep haha. But i do really enjoy going out at night occasionally, haha but i think I only enjoy it because I dont do it too often, If I overdid it I would just feel exhausted. Also this video was really interesting, because it was really different and insightful to see what the streets were like late at night especially from two woman's perspective. Also I hope this comes out ok, but I'm not sure whether you do not drink for any medical or personal reasons or its just a preference, but either way, I liked how you showed fun things to do at night there even if you are someone who doesnt drink or want to (which I think going out late at night tends to be associated with) , and its cool how you were able to do kind of what you do during the day but with a new environment/ atmosphere

I'm definitely more of a night person, my energy levels start going up mid afternoon and I'm pretty energetic during the evening and I am always groggy in the morning. But due to my work I have to keep a normal sleep schedule, I also hate sleeping in so I try my best not to go to bed too late. In saying that I do love going out on Saturday night! The city I live in has terrible clubs but I really enjoy bars and gigs. Also great video mikan! ❤️
