lived in the city for some time and always loved catching this show on THIRTEEN, always had people and places I would never see on the other big food/cooking/travel shows, an underrated gem!

White Burgundy is nearly all excellent oaked Chardonnay, and it's very $$$, I'd suggest you try wines from the Loire Valley, whites are mostly Chenin, Muscadet, Sauv Blanc, Reds, Cab Franc, Cot, Gamay, look for bio producers, great region, great value, also the wines from Alsace are fantastic, especially the whites

Chateau Latour, Red wine. However he pronounces it a little wrong.

@@markroberts2378, he said La Tache, Not Latour. La Tache is red Burgundy produced by Domaine de la Romanee-Conti, widely regarded as the greatest winemaker on Earth.
