Just gotta say- Mike Goldberg is the man. He used to come into the pharmacy I worked at, and was always a very cool and polite customer. I didn’t want things to be weird and let him know I was a major UFC fan, but one day I asked about how an injury he had was healing. He said it was basically back to normal now. I hit him with a “would you say it’s…. All over?” He laughed and hit me back with it, in the voice, while laughing, probably one of the cooler moments I’ve ever had as a fan

Mike Goldberg is a MMA legend, a true pioneer of the sport and the UFC did him so wrong it is not even funny. The absolute disrespect modern UFC has showed this legend. Goldberg will forever be half of the greatest MMA commentating duo of all time. His catchphrases, the energy he brought to every broadcast, he truly made those Saturday nights feel like the most epic fighting event of all time was going down. Those post UFC event breakdowns that happen right after the main event is done, that music, those words of wisdom/closure from Mike Goldberg..... I got the goosebumps right now. Thank you Mike Goldberg for everything you have done for MMA, the UFC, and the most important, the fans. You brought something to the game that can't be done again. Nothing but respect, WAR MIKE GOLDBERG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a really interview Mike Goldberg. I have been watching UFC since for a minute and I used to miss the era that Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg were on the show and yes, you hear that Mike has no knowledge of the game, but I always new that he did his homework, but this interviews verifies that he knew a lot more than we all were led to believe. Ye. you do have the new commentators, but heating Mike on the mike before a fight, it gave us all chills. No disrespect to the current guys, but Mike was the MMA Voice, just like how Joe Rogan is too and to be real, I bet Joe Rogan has a say if he wanted Mike Goldberg or not, I "choose" to believe that he wanted someone more close to the game than Mike was. Thank for you for the podcast, I started listening when you had on Chuck! Bro, can you guys please get: Misha Tate Randy Couture Josh Koshcheck Diego Sanches Mike Swick Clay Guida Don Fry and of course: Nick Diaz Thanks again!

We had a good conversation and he was a cool guy, way more casual than his professional persona but he remembered everything I said word for word for the broadcast. I had always heard him referencing what fighters were up to during the week before a fight on broadcasts... it was wild to hear him quote me.
