This is the verse that a lot of people need to hear because it addresses the root causes of why we don’t want to just accept God’s Word for what it says. It was true for me anyway. Therefore LAY ASIDE ALL FILTHINESS and overflow of WICKEDNESS, and receive with HUMILITY the implanted word, which is able to save your souls James 1:21

These verses don’t answer the question. The Hebrews passage would indicate that only what Jesus said was the word of God, which would eliminate a great portion of the scripture. The 2 Timothy passage could only be referring to the Old Testament because the New Testament as we understand it didn’t exist at the time that Paul wrote this letter (in other words, he couldn’t have been writing it about his own letters). The 2 Peter passage indicates that we have been given everything we need, but it doesn’t indicate that it is solely “The Bible”, which didn’t exist in its current form when Peter wrote those words.
