You've really hit a home run with this video! I wasn't told these very important gems of info decades ago and had to learn them by trial & error. Our group is in the studio now and I'm sharing! Many thanks Mike!

Thanx again Mike! Love your teachings! I'm a little slow in the uptake and really a bassplayer in my band, so to learn the keyboards take a while, though I experience my bassplaying improves significantly the more keyboards I learn. And thank U for being an inspirational friend out there!,❤ Ginn

Thanks Mike, love the channel, best I've found for these kind of tips. Any advice for someone who's struggling with improvising with the right while maintaining a bass line with the left?

Hi :). Thanks for watching. Play the left hand by itself slowly for half an hour. Try to get the bass line committed to muscle memory. If you can get the left hand playing in auto pilot everything will become easier. That is one strategy that may work. Good luck!
