Do myo reps conform to the heavy duty philosphy? A few weeks ago i started a upper lower split routine of only myo reps. Im spending 20-30 minutes in the gym and only doing like 3 movements, but its a religious experience each time. I focus each day on an opposing side, so like: Monday= pull Tues= hams and glutes Thurs=chest/ triceps Friday=quads. I havent been really logging reps or weights, just going by feel each day doing a myo set on each lift, and going till i literally cannot do another rep. Is this an effective way to train to failure?

Wouldn’t know bc Is not something I do, but it does sounds alright. If you not tracking you won’t know if it’s working, over a long period of time.
