Jasmine Joseph blackbear is one of mike's closest friends and group member via mansions but the song "Boyfriend" was originally created by Mike Posner and the sad part is people don't even know that, because Mikes version was really good but it goes to show how good of a song writer mike posner is because "boyfriend" became justins biggest hit and still his biggest known hit until this day...over all, Mike Posner is one of the greatest artists of all time in my opinion, extremely versatile and has been killing the industry since 2009 and even though hes had massive hits, hes still so underrated and it pisses me off, i've met mike in 2015 around the time he released "The Truth Ep" and he was the most humble guy ever, which is why people don't give him props most of the time because humble people always get taken advantage of and their kindness for weakness...black bear has worked with mike alot and black bear is a great artist but i've known mike longer and was a fan of his first and still listen to his music daily and have had the mansionz album on repeat since 03/24/2017...my point is if you want more proof google mike posner, its not hard to find all the artists hes made music for

Dear Mike, I want to start off by thanking you for all the beautiful music you make. I'm a washed up DJ/Singer/Cover band singer. Your album helped me to create again. It reminded me why i became an artist to begin with. It was about the connection with the people my music had touched . I wish you all the best and i'm so happy you found your center, as it has helped me find mine. I am now fearless when i want to create.

Mike, I found you in 2016 when the Seeb Version came outside and made you an international superstar ...for the time being. I didn’t know your work. Didn’t know anything about you. But through social media and through KZbin. I was able to dive more into Mike Posner the “person”. I just want to say how truly remarkable I think your journey is. I believe you have made a positive statement in many peoples lives. Your integrity, your genuineness and your gratitude has shown me and so many others that there is lots of good in the world. You saved me on many levels and I don’t want to get too deep into it. But man, I love how you are living your best life on your terms. I love how you love Colorado over LA and love how you appreciate all your fans. Not sure if I’ll ever get to meet you, but if and when I do. Id love to give you a big hug and thank you for being a big part of saving me. Your gift is being exactly who you are. Something everyone can learn from. Peace and Love.

2010, I left primary school and started high school, I was in year 7. Cooler than me was part of me that year. 2016, I went on my first holiday abroad, I took a pill in Ibiza was the first song I remember hearing that year, became a song that is a part of me. May 2016, I finally left the worst time in education I had ever had, but realised that nothing will stop me from loving my home town... Buried in Detroit became a part of my life. 2019, I am in my 4th and final year of college, move on is a part of me this year. Continue to do what you're doing Mike and stay happy! 2019 is your year, and I am sure it will be mine too! Both of us will be travelling the United States in our own way, and it is something I have been working towards for such a long time.

Thank you for being real, i love your music and the Pill in Ibiza song is awesome and has a very strong emotional connection. best of luck... Daryl

That's why your first song was such a hit. You were telling the truth about how you felt other people thought they were cooler than you. A lot of people were able to relate to that. It may not be the same but authentic art like this, is how you heal. At the end of the day, the authentic art like this is what is REALLY cool. Because it feels good for you, and the world.

It is ok to make mistake. We all do ! Like you said do and listen to your heart. Your voice changed over the time in your songs, and I like that change. When you were singing rep music, I felt boy singing in the block with friends, trying to find his path. Now you are there, on your own path, making greater songs. I would like to hear you singing in the movies because you have that inspiring transformation when ever you sing new song.
