The other night at Webster Hall you talked about the people that were struggling with their lows, and for some reason I felt the emotion behind it and the sincerity. I've been struggling with anxiety for a while now and it overwhelms sometimes to the point where I'm really down most days. Then I stumbled upon this video and it all makes sense. You struggle or struggled with depression; the sincerity was real. That's why I wanted to say thank you because I needed that pep talk a lot at the moment. Please don't stop making music man, you really do inspire people out there. You taught me not to be afraid, and that's what I'm working on now. Thanks man.

Wow, had no idea! Mike, I doubt you read any of these, but you really are an inspiration. I've been going through depression myself, it seems like no matter how good life is, I feel sad and don't even want to go to work, school or even get out of bed. So few people realize what depression feels like and how it incapacitates you. Your music is awesome and even though i'm not normally a fan of rap, I love yours!

Thank you so very much for sharing. Your story is so wonderful and real, full of inspiration and hope :) I can relate to the part about working past the fear, and putting yourself out there in front of others to judge, it takes alot of guts and determination. I have been writing poetry for the past 2 years on facebook in poetry groups and just recently have been trying my hand at writing lyrics for a few artists I admire. The part you mentioned about donating money from your record sales to hungry children is a wonderful idea and I have always wanted to get heavily involved in charity. I truly hope and pray some day that I will be able to be financially involved in many great charities around the world and be able to contribute significantly to the betterment of this cold and challenging world that we all live in. I also hope to be able to share my words of Hope, Peace, Inspiration, Compassion, and Love that we all have for one another. To be able to remind each and every one that we are put here to help one another, as sisters and brothers would truly be one of the greatest blessings :)

I also cry a lot because i have a dream which also is my hobby but i never call anyones attention and just dont feel that anyobody sees what i am doing.
