A company that made everyone an owner. The mental attitude you gain from a gesture like that. Its a grestway to get people to love their jobs.

It wasn't mentioned but i assume the vents were sealed and a dehumidifier installed? Also it's unfortunate they have to leave the rim joist exposed for termite inspection? Those are gonna be a cold spot and a spot of air leakage. Closed cell foam that ties into the wall insulation is ideal

I did that for 4 years ,every day was under a house. We did all this company does, you name it. Let tell that crawl space is not that bad! 😂😂 it’s actually pretty good.

Entertaining. Mike Rowe always does and excellent job. What is the typical cost for this type of work in the SF Bay Area? My floors are straight but they bounce because the floor joyces are at 48" centers (cheap late 1970s construction)

That is truly a “crawl” space. I have a crawlspace in one of my rental properties, but has about 38”to 45” of clearance so it is not totally constricted. Had it encapsulated last year.

@@missannie8012 I paid about $6500. I had it done in combination with some other work as well.
