The saddest part was how predictable the death spin was and how scorpion's armor is fast enough to armor through it to knock down Javier and put Jax in the timeout realm. It felt like Mike never encountered this scenario before, which is weird because he plays Kombat League and I see this type of shit all the time in Kombat League. If Mike started armoring Javier would have had to change something up. Alternatively Mike could've also switched to Jax and mirrored Javier, or chose Sub Kameo which I think negates ground pound. Mike had counter options he was just unprepared.
