Im pretty sure Tyson himself has admittedly said he was the worst parent that he could have been. The simple act of saying that however, i think he proves otherwise. Mike i think, is way, way, too hard on himself. Why wouldn't he be? The world has seen mike and critisized his lowest points to his face years upon years. Let me tell you about Tyson. Tyson used to hangout in a city I used to live in and me and my friends would play tennis in the park. This is when he just won the championship. Anyway Mike would pull up in this white stretch limo and go and watch the basketball players play. Mike would do this several times during this particular summer. Of course Mike had to pass the tennis courts to get to the BBall courts so we would acknowledge him by calling him champ and he would chat with us and even sit and watch us play. We were 5.0 players which means we had game. One day Mike sat and watched us for about an hour and like usual we shot the shit but this time I said to Mike you must really like tennis and Tyson said " No Its a pussy sport" As you might imagine we just wanted to just laugh at him because the moron just sat and watched us for an hour . We didn't dare laugh because we would have got a whooping. Mike was for real because you could see the disdain on his face when he said it. We just blew him off and went back to playing and he eventually left. Tyson never stopped and chatted with us again after that day and now to see him so immersed in the sport blows my mind.

I'm so happy for them she seems like a sweet girl and a joy to be around much success to her and may she enjoy her journey along the way learning and having fun...I'm especially happy to see Mike finally happy when I look at his face his spirit and entire vibe from this interview I see that he is so proud of his daughter that he loves her very much and that he is finally at peace... God is good and I believe he's found him I pray that they have continued blessing love and success in their lives of every important kind.

The funny thing about Mike is you can tell he is an extremely smart person. Most boxers can barely talk but Mike gives very introspective and thoughtful comments which reveal a highly analytical mind.
