Rocky is a boxer with insane stamina but beyond that….well idk he has nothing that can surprise them.

I believe bits and concepts were barrowed from rocky 4 in that netfix show. The comparability to jake and apollos enteances in terms of flare and flash. Even though you only had the one press scene before apollose fight, just stretch incidents like that out for however long till the fight happens. The biggest factor in Rocky's win over Mike Tyson is is the difference in stamina. No, seriously. Rocky's stamina and endurance is the most insane thing about him. Call it plot armour if you like but Rocky was ready to knock Apollo out in their first fight had the last bell not sounded, Apollo was on the ropes, Rocky was still punching, tell me honestly that Apollo wasn't saved by the bell. Rocky being able to fight as hard as he did against Drago for the _entire fight_ is also a greater show of stamina even Muhammad Ali couldn't demonstrate past his prime. Tyson meanwhile was always a sprinter, he was at his most dangerous in the early rounds where he'd be throwing bombs before the first bell died down. But this energetic style tired him out in the late fight. Tyson also has a history of losing some of his edge when an opponent he knocks down gets back up, and Rocky would _get back up_ no question. Mike wouldn't give up, hell no. But he'd lose some confidence and for Mike Tyson, confidence is a big deal for him as a fighter, much like it is for Rocky. TL:DR, Tyson gasses himself out before Rocky even starts to slow down and from there it's all Rocky's game. This relative lack of stamina is the reason why I also say that Muhammad Ali would beat Mike Tyson, but only *_barely._*
