Nooooooo, Colin just needs to be aware of the realities, i.e the politics of the NFL. Understanding that it's a big business of which he's not an owner, but a player. So whenever you decide to be outspoken, a distraction to a team, again, in which you're not an owner of, surely you've got to know it's not a good look for you. Timing is everything, considering you were not through playing football, being a distraction to the team, loss in team revenue, didn't sit well with the owner of your team. So we all know Colin is talented enough to play in the NFL, and surely he's intelligent enough to know & see that he was black-balled and I bet he knows why. This is the nature of the business, we have certain freedoms to do & say whatever we see fit as a player & a person, the owners have the same exact freedoms.

If u look brash or thuggish (in their eyes) then that's not ideal. The white men who you trying to gain employment from doesn't like it. Notice how when they get in legal trouble and have to go to court...they have on suits, cut their hair, etc. To change their appearance for their benefit...or on draft night they have on suits and haircuts.
