no, he just mentioned the issues in passing, but as usual the vast majority of these conversations are about the protest itself and not the issues they want to bring light to. The thing that Shannon said about unarmed men and women of color being killed by white cops, is BS. Women of any color regardless of whether they are armed or not are much less likely to be killed by men of any particular race. I've been pulled over many times going to school and work for driving a car that I "shouldn't" be driving. I've had more than one officers walk up with his hand on his gun while asking for paperwork. Even after explaining every move I'm about to make, the officers still had their hands ready to pull their gun. Even when I complied with everything they want, I still feared for my life. So to say that black people are ultimately responsible for their deaths at the hands of police officers,I feel like you're trying to make excuses and diminish what Colin is trying to get people to have dialogue about.
