The M16A4 is not just a rifle. It is a m🤮tric to American conversion tool. It's also the reason that the Marine Corps is a humanitarian service in disguise, sent to deliver backwards nations from units of measurement invented by the fucking French. 1,000 milim🤮ters is exactly 1 M16A4 in length. 8.00 kilogr🤮ms is exactly one M16A4 (with sling and loaded magazine) in weight. You can now convert m🤮tric to American by measuring in M16A4 rifles. See some country that's using French units of measurement? It's the Marine Corps’ job to correct that discrepancy. One m🤮ter = one M16A4. One kilom🤮ter = one full battalion of 1,000 Marines with M16A4s. And for those who refuse to see the light of this objectively superior system, the Marine Corps is merciful enough to make them see the light of muzzle flashes and put them out of their misery in their preferred unit of measurement: 5.56x45. You cannot convince me that God in his province did not find that rarest of miracles - a former E4 Marine that can count - and put him on the design team for this rifle for this exact reason, nor can you convince me that the person who decided to replace the M16A4 shouldn't be tried for treason.

About Golden Eye's Klobb: Largely regarded as the worst gun in GoldenEye, the Klobb was named after developer Kenneth Lobb last minute while he was on vacation just prior to cartridge production. Partly to honor and partly to have a little fun, the developers had to change the name of the gun because Nintendo legal was worried about the originally planned name Spyder causing trademark trouble with the paintball gun of the same name. They had already printed several manuals with the name Spyder but changed the name on the game's ROM prior to production. Kenneth was on vacation when he got notified of the changes. He appreciated it.

Stolen car drives up a few houses up from us, stops, opens window and out pops a double barrel which fires both shells and peels away. There was a child on the front garden and SOMEHOW wasn't hit once yet the house was peppered by buckshot. 2. Arguing down the road, man throws axe at guy near his landrover... man proceeds to open the door and grab a L96A1 and fire into the door. Drives away. You are probably wondering "HOW?! How does this happen" 2 words. Council estate. Basically the equivalent of a suburban area combined with the hood. both these people were arrested including axe guy. No incidents since with guns or experience with them... Which is funny as someone was selling a legit Mk.4 Lee enfield and i genuinely was intrested.

(I should know i own both) the scorpion does have some QC issues to look out for. Just saying Zack knows his friend but on paper he recommended he instead of purchasing a rifle he was familiar and comfortable with he recommended he buy what is basically a short rifle version of a handgun that costs more than most handguns, parts cost more/are not as readily available (ask me how i know that as I do own one) has less real estate than an AR all to perform the same exact function he could get from either an AR platform or a nice handgun. For less money and less headaches. Now he has a weapon that is not a rifle, performs the same as a handgun, that can't be easily concealed that also costs more than an AR or a handgun.

I'm glad Zach had the same philosophy when recommending a gun to Mike that I usually do. Seeing as you two are frequently together, the Evo makes sense. Personally what I always recommend to anybody that doesn't know anything (or have the gun autist friend) is the Extar EP9. It's dead simple, inexpensive, uses about every double stack 9mm Glock mag available, doesn't kick like a mule like most blowback 9mm PCCs, weighs like 4lb loaded, and is unfair how dependable it is. Shotguns and ARs get BTFO because the best gun for the newbie is the easiest one to use. Shotguns aren't magic and whiffing with an AR can have serious consequences.

Lmao I love the reference to the military switching to 6.8. Zach is right, it’ll be a *long* time before we see the sig spears and their LMG variants, but that’s more due to the current cost of 6.8, as it is a generally new and still a niche round, and the fact that we have such a surplus of M16/M4s (with tons of spare parts for them) that they will want to use up before fully adopting it. Maybe special forces will be using spears soon, but that’s still unlikely.

As a fellow salesman at a gun shop, it makes me feel proud to provide a better option for those that aren't well versed into firearms. Especially when it comes to people purchasing they're first firearm Side note: The shop I work at we have reps from multiple companies come through, and we had the Trijicon rep out doing product familiarization with us. When he was discussing the RMR and showing it off, he showed us an RMR that had been in a truck fire. Besides it being charred and burnt to hell, the glass was still good, and the emitter was still intact. Along with the optic being able to hold zero under extreme abuse and being dismounted, for the price of it and with a good quality mounting plate, it's definitely the best pistol red dot sight on the market for the money. I will definitely endorse it since I've had mine for 3 years and still haven't changed the battery in it. 😂😂

Yknow, as a brit, I was vaguely bemused but willing to accede to differences in culture when I found that Zach and Mike have guns for home defense, as far as I know, the police response times are actually that bad, but I couldn't help but feel it was excessive. Then the bear story came in, and I remembered that whilst we hunted all of our large predators to extinction, other people have not yet destroyed their ecosystem thusly.

Gun salesman and Evo 3+ owner here, thumps more than you would think for a 9mm, and its because of its cycling system. Its straight blowback so its sending like, 22-24 ounces of iron back and forth every time it cycles a new round which just amplifies the recoil way more than the 9mms actually producing. Mp5s and the MPX are the only major 9mm rifles that try to do something different that doesn't thump like a 5.56 rifle, and both Mp5s and Mpxs are worth the extra investment cause they really do have like, 40% less recoil with the same bullet. But man i love my Evo 3+, got a suppressor and a 4" barrel so its a 9" in length altogether, and the stock folds, so its super compact. The biggest reason you want a 9mm rifle is accuracy over pistols, and cheapest possible ammunition short of 22lr. I can get a 4 inch group at 20ish yards with a handgun, i can get a 2-3 inch group at 50 yards with my 4" CZ.

1. Zach's whole rant about pistol optics, is basically why i dont use them. So im +1 to my fudd score 2. Lever action carbines are amazing. +1 to fudd score. 3. I was in love with my 9mm Beretta CX4 gen 2. But unfortunately i had to sell her. It made me feel like an astronaut. -1 to Marvin Martian score. 4. A good tip i heard for 9mm carbine as defense tool; Hornady Critical duty/defense rounds have a ballistic tip feature. Which is great if you are concerned about over penetration. I did some testing with them and sure enough they would either stop in a wood stud or poop out the backside of it. Good home defense ammo in my case. But ofcourse picking a safe angle is the #1 safety.

Living in griz country, if you're looking for a semi auto defensive handgun 10mm is the only real option. Revolvers have the benefit of larger rounds, but if you miss the first shot on a griz with something high recoil, you won't have time to place another shot before it's on you.

Talking about the lever action being fairly quiet, I used to own a Marlin 39A .22 and I got my hands on some CCI .22 Short "CB" rounds for a laugh. The hammer striking the firing pin was for sure louder than the report. In fact, the sound of the round hitting a steel target was downright loud by comparison! That thing was legitimately as quiet if not quieter than a BB gun! Now, .22 short CBs probably aren't much more powerful than a BB gun anyways, but to have a proper firearm be that quiet without the use of a suppressor is impressive, and as a critter gitter in back-yard ranges it had more than enough output.

Small editing touch I appreciate is how, when either Mike or Zach quote the other, the subtitles use a lighter variation of the other's outline color as the fill color, while still keeping the outline color of the person actually saying it in the video. I wonder if Zach's ever heard of the Pedersen rifle. This has become one of my new gun fixations. So, the Pedersen rifle is basically a scaled up Luger pistol, it's got the same toggle bolt, and it's chambered in a unique caliber that is now exceptionally rare due to the Pedersen being basically a prototype of the M1 Garand, and what they did was they took a 1903 Springfield, chopped out the bolt, and put the Luger toggle system in there to basically fire 9mm in semi-auto. Then they figured out how to reverse engineer it after the rifle trials for the Army and told the generals 'Wait, we can upscale the caliber to fire something a bit harder hitting than this dinky little pistol round.' and they created an entirely new caliber of bullet specifically for this gun that as far as I know has never been used since. At least, not specifically .276 Pedersen, but I'm not sure what other rifles since then are chambered in 7x51mm. It's weird, and not really all that practical, but I love toggle lock firearms simply because it's not standard issue design.
