I’ve dealt with depression and anxiety all my life and I’m working hard to get out of it. You were always a inspiration ever since I found your workouts 4-5 years ago. Having videos like these really help a lot alongside all your workout videos. I really appreciate it!

AjoxDK depression and anxiety can be related to diet. Just saying. Maybe you need more magnesium or something.
@AjoxDK
@AjoxDK 4 жыл бұрын
thejasonbischoff yeah no. Just no lmao. Eating badly can lead to a higher risk of getting a depression and eating a healthy diet can relieve symptoms of depression. But your diet is not what causes your depression nor can it fix it.

At the very least not told things were impossible. How many things since my childhood proven to be totally false in regards to the folks who said that word, "impossible," and I'm 32... UFOs with all this recent footage disclosure is an easy one that I think people might owe a lot of apologies, no?

Hello I hope you see this message. And I hope all is well. You’ve always been a great teacher. Thank you for speaking up and lacing me up with the tools. I watched you 6pack sort cut days when I was in middle school I’m 26 now. As a young man stacking the strength physically with these mental tools is helping so much

Hi Mike, I'm sitting here 3pm, just going to have my meal of the day and I like to listen to at least one video from your channel a day. I randomly picked this one and it's exactly what I needed to hear. I have been reprogramming my thoughts, everything about my life, my health for the past two years, it really does work, you are right and it has been working for me! What I need to do now is, step it up, do a little more so I can make these changes I need to desperately make come quicker.

This talk really makes sense, and it has me thinking. Just as an hour or 90 minutes of something good has a lasting effect, the same is true for negative experiences. Spending an hour with someone who complains at every chance or who criticizes a lot, stays with a person and carries a ripple effect. Making it important to be mindful of being around negative people or people who are rude. Part of the ripple effect is you can become desensitized to the negative and over time will not only tolerate more negativity in life but you will find yourself becoming negative, essentially normalizing the rude behavior. Just like experiencing feeling good in the body will make you seek out things that feel good, the same can be true with negativity. Hopefully this makes sense and thanks again for posting this helped me to fully understand the ripple effect of physical and mental awareness and its importance.

Summary: you want to feel good - what do we mean by feel? Our ability to feel is more than just for instance feeling a wound it extends to a mindset and other areas of your being also. - if we feel good we may be disconnected and not actually feeling good from a wholesome perspective - feeling good is not just a mental state - this affects are entire reality - we are influenced by our emotions they are like a set of goggles, we could feel like we have a stressful task ahead and become anxious, put on their next pair of goggles and feel calm about the task ahead as it is required of them to get what they want. - re-program your thoughts to chose those goggles that make you feel good. This will require: Be aware until your thoughts become more and more permanently aligned to a better outlook. It takes time to break em it takes time to make em. - repeat those goggles you wear don't forget to put em on - it will become natural eventually *above works for feelings and thoughts* - the end result of this is working out the ability to understand exactly what activity makes you feel good. From good to exercise to sex to education to work or to life as a whole. - it is a matter of reminding yourself daily Note: You will never always feel good but you can feel better - allow your thoughts to discuss themselves once in a while. - ignorance can stop you from learning - this is a ripple effect. - negative and poor thinking (tension stress etc) this will harm your whole Neuro network. - relaxation is getting rid of this tension, breathe and remember to put on the goggles you've been building, noitce your tight muscles. - lighten up and chill is basically the entire point of the video. But in more depth it's about reminders that you decide how you react to what you are given..

Do you have a specific definition for the body feeling good? Like loose, relaxed, strong? This is not to be confused with dopamine triggering activities right?

Empathy is a great tool in forgiveness. Jesus has blessed me with greater empathy to forgive all of my enemies, and all the inconsiderate people I see, because I used to be that way. Its not because i am some virtuous guy that i can forgive them. It's because of what jesus did for me.
