Mike, I admire your ability to speak so clearly and deliver so professionally on this subject. At the same time, I envy you for that ability. ;-), and why not?. A pleasure to listen to, engaging and always interesting. BTW, the PDU has run its course.

OK, now I know. Apologies. : In 2012, Cohn was named #1 in The Top 20 Most Influential Agile People.[6] Regarding the PDU's, I did listen to two other lectures by you on Agile and Scrum yesterday and when I went to the PMI web site and entered the details, PMI said that those had expired near the end of 2015. Now, that is perfectly fine. I did not listen to the lectures because of the PDU. It just happens that I am a PMP.

Hi Mike, thank you for precise overview of the Scrum process, roles and artifacts. I've question - is the Sprint backlog limited to identifying tasks alone or is it related to identifying the tasks for subset of user stories from the Product Backlog? Also which estimation technique is recommended - hours or story points? Thank you again for making your material available online - learning a lot from you presentations and decks. Sincerely, Subbu

***** That's terrific Mike! I guess that's part of the "storytelling" approach I see you adopt, wich keep things impressed on the mind of the listeners so effectively. Never gonna be forgotten!
