Excellent Presentation. We do have Deliberately distributed teams in California and Nashville (For sure to avoid US vs Them) and I do see some big challenges there especially to get hold of the people together. Need to fight with management for getting budget for more personal time for team members :)...

Never fill your queue. Keep it lower, closer to 75%. Slippage will easily chew up the other 25%.
