Deep brown with either turquoise or powder blue - you're right. A person would have to be mad to dislike such a combo!

Nice tip for knocking back the shine on embellishments/pictures. Lovely vintage look tag! TFS!

Like this tag a lot. The way you used the patterned paper and text paper then cut it out using your Bigz bird die is great. Yes, the tag underneath looks like a bird house. It's all uniform and cohesive. It's lovely Mike. Thank you. xx

Beautiful as ever ! Mike, aren't the blades of your scissors a little too short for cutting long pieces of paper ? Just asking, no criticism intended. I wish you a happy new year. Lots of love and beautiful moments for 2018. Evy

What is your work surface...some kind of graph paper? I like it so. Is it a pad, or a roll, and it is under glass? So curious about the surface your working on...Love your tag, especially the bird, oh and the fact it is shaped like a bird house. Thank You so much for the video.

It’s a Tonic A3 glass cutting mat - the grid is printed under the glass so will never wear off! And I don’t mind all the comments.. they all make me smile!!! XO

When done with it glue to a project and put modeling paste over it and have some raised texture to build upon...on a canvas maybe surface of a planet...light strip maybe...ideas ideas...lol Just wanted to say sorry about all the little post, I tend to kind of talk while I watch...I should just keep the box open and say what I want and move on. I apologize if its too many, or chaotic.

What is gesso? Or what is that white stuff you used? Also...What are those colored containers you’re using to paint with?
@MikeDeakinArt2 жыл бұрын
Gesso is base primer and the coloured containers were acrylic paints.

Bubble wrap was invented in 1957 by engineers Alfred Fielding and Marc Chavannes in Hawthorne New Jersey, USA. They sealed two shower curtains together, creating a smattering of air bubbles, which they originally tried to sell as wall paper. Courtesy of Wikipedia.
