It does not surprise me that it would be Evan to have that stance. I agree with Andy where women have fought for what they have, and they, women, are going to have to be the ones to make that stance and say NO. However, we as men should not be so lax in actually being men and having expectations as men for honor, protectors, and duty to uphold both. If we flipflop on it, we are failing it. Really Good show. I’ll add to the comment of free speech that people have no idea how close we are to new laws that end free speech. We were warned that Europes “hate speech” and dangerous speak” laws would come To America. They’re rite around the corner, being discussed rite now and good shows like this will end. Also toleration is the slippery slope that has lead to culture accepting. Just look at the children/trans/grooming. Now we have to fight schools, medical community,politicians and on and on to try and keep children from secretly being mutilated, males playing pretend in sports and so on.

Yesterday, whilst shopping at Allen Mall, in North Dallas, there was an active shooting. I was at the mall, thirty minutes before the shooting, which was very disconcerting. First, I believe all fundamental rights should be protected in America. However, as former war fighters and supporters of automatic weapons/gun ownership - do you guys possess any thoughts on how to protect the innocent against the plethora of ongoing gun violence? How do we protect the 2nd Amendment whilst actively seeking safeguards to protect the innocent? Luckily and fortuitous the Allen police officer neutralized the threat. I’d be very curious to hear your thoughts on this topic as you guys are THE viable source that might possess a solution.

Firstly, evil does not exist in man made objects, without man, they are nothing more than formed raw materials. Secondly, you cannot legislate away the evil in a man's heart. Third, take the cellular phones away, kill off all social media, there is not one thing that we as a species truly benefit from it, take video games away from children, and make them go outside and form bonds with other human beings. The chemical dependency we have in this nation on being entertained instantly, getting that dopamine fix, is literally making people lose touch with reality. Social media is not reality, you cannot develop the social skills and interpersonal relationship building skills via zoom/teams calls, from Snapchat, IG, FB, or Twitter. If we as a people actually get back to living among one another, going to talk to one another, it gives you respect for life. If 70% of your interaction is on a device, you have no respect for it, you do not value the other end of that interaction. So you are detached from it, so this is in part why your seeing this escalation. In the last several years people have gotten closer to their device and further from one another, it may seem trivial but this is a truth. I am the same age as these guys and served early in the 2000's and we are the last generation who was exposed to life before the fall of man, and what's sick is we don't see how bad it's going for us. Want to place blame somewhere, start at the base of the separation of people from actually forming bonds with one another. Evil will still exist, and bad things happen every day, you just don't hear about them. Mass killings, how bout starving entire portions of ethnic cultures out? How bout the religious intolerance around the world where in China, Africa, and other places around the world they imprison the entire culture and literally work them to death! I'm not excusing the mental health issues in our country, but what we are dealing with is not as large an issue as other things going on world wide. But taking the means for those who would be an innocent bystander, say at a mall or church shooting and you only enabled police to respond to that issue, what happens if the police cannot get there for 20,30,45 minutes, what happens if they all punk out like the Uvalde officers and are too scared to go in and deal with the threat, and those shootings are 5,10,20,100 times worse than if those who would carry a firearm could react within moments and quash the attacker? This philosophy of disarming those who 99.97% of the odds will carry that firearm within the context of the law, and only use it in defense of themselves or their community, and taking away their means to defend themselves and their loved ones in the slim hopes that a cop will be there fast enough to resolve the issue. The truth of the matter is, when these things happen, it takes a good guy with a gun to stop a bad guy with a gun. And I personally would rather count on myself than place my families well being on a stop watch.
