Drake Loki in the U.S., Aldi has a few name-brand products but the vast majority are house brands (with the name Aldi only in the fine print). Deutsche Küche for German specialties, Clancy’s for potato chips and such, Northern Catch for canned fish, and on and on and on...

The reason your soy milk has a very light beige to it is bc of the UHT that turns it that color and can alter the taste in milks, yogurt, and some cheeses. The only one I like of the non cow milk is coconut or almond milk it can be thicker and off putting a tad and a tiny sweet. After you get over that it’s not that Bad really. I can’t just replace cows milk with those bc of that, but every now and then I will use it and it seems to make muffins cakes or cheesecake seem better just a tad. Might be a mental thing where you think it makes them better. Like using brown eggs in cakes instead of white ones.
