I enjoyed that in-depth look at the filling process. Last involvement I had with an air seeder it was a completely manual 8" auger (hydraulic drive on the auger but thats it). My dad used to fill a grain drill from the back of a 1 ton grain truck using a 5 gal metal pail.

It never ceases to amaze me how fast those conveyors are and how easy they are to empty compared to an auger. We have a seed tender trailer with a conveyor on it that we use to load a C850 cart and we can have that thing loaded very quickly. Back the truck up, swing the conveyor to each hopper and go. It's pretty slick.
