my client want me to edit 10 videos for him. Now if I deliver 1 video, fiverr will automatically complete the order after 3 days. And then if I send rest of the videos in inbox, will that be against fiverr's law? I can't deliver all 10 video at once, it's a continuous work and I have to wait until he delivers voiceover.

Sales email would usually be directed at an individual asking for a meeting or something like that. Marketing email could be something more general, blasted out to a larger list discussing something like product or company updates.
