Greg Plitt passed away last night. I made the decision yesterday that I was going to go to an expo and meet this man and thank him for how he has transformed my life; and this morning I saw the news. This loss isn't confined to the fitness industry, it is a loss for the entire world. Greg Plitt was an inspiration in every respect. I will dedicate the rest of my life to being the best that I can be in honor of this man! You have lived and given more than ten lifetimes worth. May Jehovah bestow upon your soul all of the blessings you have given to the world with the example of your beautiful and fearless life. Thank you for showing me how to take my life back!

I know it's comical to some, and I know there are a few ridiculously easy jokes about "train-ing" that some comedic geniuses feel they can't help but post. On a worldwide public forum, that's expected, but there is a grieving mother, father and sister out there. Can we at least have a week grace period for the man's grieving family and friends. It's okay to have a LITTLE respect for Christ sake!

I honestly respect you for this one..the KZbin Fitness community can sometimes be overwhelming and alludes egotistic views on bodybuilding. The Topics that Mike shares in this video in my opinion are My Toughts & how i apply stuff in my life almost exactly word for word! I had been in a slump & under a lot of pressure & @ times i was ready to give up & situations that had occured throughout my lifetime were starting to make me weak so when those things started to manifest themselves again i was no longer going to tollerate it! Situations that occured today was what finally made me decide without a doubt that it was way past due time for me to handle my biznis then i saw this video & it made my heart smile & put a true smile on my face! So Thank You with all My Heart Mike!!!!!!!!!! You have inspired me!!!!!😇😘

You are one of the few who I feel like that's real, a lot of dudes out there really seem fake to me. Just giving you props cus you deserve it, keep doing what you do. hey Mike I just wanted to thank you for your work and especially for this video. I am 19 and I have no problems with being a bodybuilder, I'm even very successful at it but at the same time I'm studying in Switzerland to be an engineer and I really struggeled at putting in the work that puts me in an advanced position.. I just couldn't find the motiviation to really make that difference even though I love what I study. This video just changed me man, It set me mentally in the right state to go through that work as well not just bodybuilding. Respect to you Mike, your clearly a person to look up to and to learn from, for sure...

This is awesome, I have felt the same way for so long. I continually stress this to my boys in the gym, being physically strong is great and very important, but to be well rounded and to have a strong mentality and a well trained mind is equally if not more important. When I tell people I'm training, I might be sitting there playing sudoku or some shit and they laugh. But to me it isn't worth having one strength without the other. Only well roundedness brings alpha status. Thank you for this mike

Hey whats up Mike. Russell Rodrigues here, I love that you did this piece dedicated to Gregg Plitt because he was the real deal! He wasn't about the flash, or the look at me aspect in life . He really care about people and was genuine. I watch his videos till this day , I see the same thing in you which is why I follow you. You have been inspiring to me! Gregg is passed and in a better place, but I need someone to look to that's movin along and understands the times that we all moving through, and you are that guy , so thank you !!! Question for you , I seen you had the 1 month challenge for 10 g's cash... I was late to sign up but at the same time im not setting my goals to win cash, my win is the way im gonna feel after my journey, is playing and staying youthful with my kids, that's my win. Im 42 years old , i'm a single dad of 2 that works full time for the Salvation Army non profit youth center in Salem Oregon, so the pay sucks but I love helping people, im a youth mentor and im a full time student trying to better my life and become a Paramedic within 2 or 3 years. Sometimes we who help , need help ourselves. I find myself always giving but not giving to myself. I was an athlete all my life but let myself go. I wanna be at my best shape ive ever been in life by next year! Im 42 6'1 and 285 lbs. I love my coffee and cant afford all your sups like that ritual. I aint messaging you for no damn handout. But id like to know if I could pay that price of $50 for the workout and meal plan that you offered for the challenge and with that I plan on changing my life as I keep staying motivated by your videos ! If it cant be done for any reason , no worries bro , I know imma win regardless , Ijust need direction something I can follow ! Much Mahalo form your Hawaiian friend ! Yessir keep em coming ! Stay Blessed ilensfinest@hotmail.com Russell Rodrigues
