Hi! Can you clarify one thing please? When you use "Delay time units: beats" it works correctly only for 120 bpm. If you use any another tempo the echo goes out of beat. Looks like this effect is not synchronized to tempo settings of the project. The easy proof is turning to "Delay time units: ms". 1,00 beat will always be calculated as 500 ms whatever tempo you have. Obviously it doesn't make sense. Is it bug or what? Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure text to speech has progressed quite that far yet. You could however add echo to the m to get the repeating m sound.

There is no such plugin. The video and article were released on April 1st. You cannot change an accent using a plugin.
