14 years ago, on October 5, 2010 my son SrA Daniel J Johnson was KIA in Afghanistan. My youngest son, his little brother, found this song and shared it with our family. It resonated so deeply for all of us about the power of faith to carry us through the most inexplicable and unspeakable tragedies. It still calms my soul to this day, because though it has been 14 years, the pain of my beloved son’s death will always feel like the water is rising and the sea is raging… but God’s love is enough to pull me through and it will always be. Thank you for this song. Music is healing.

I remember my brothers🙏🏽✝️🙏🏽 being a natural born musician the first time I heard this beautiful powerful track on my way to take my children to school when they were little back in early 2010 I cranked up the bass line, man everything about this song is so beautiful and powerful!! From the heart shaking lyrics to every instrument and drum line. Til this day this song brings a flood of tears to my eyes and soul! And yes yes yes to all the above mention Worship Bands and Christian artists. They’re all top notch in the Christian music industry!!!!

To everyone with Mike’s Chair, thank you for making such beautiful music. I attended one of your concerts years ago. Your music was a blessing then and still is to this day. I was saddened to hear your band is no longer together. Any chance you would reconsider? In these challenging times, finding peace and joy can be a daily struggle. So many lost souls. I remember either in late 2013 or early 2014, me and my best friend from work went to New Hope Baptist church in Fayetteville,GA and I think Plumb was there as well, there was another group I think.. but I will never forget I worshipped God and was so immersed in that arena, it was one of the most enjoyable and powerful times for me, this friend I brought had never worshipped to music like this and I knew she enjoyed the experience. We were at the top and had our hands raised and it was a moment I’ll never forget. I want to thank you guys for your music, that helped me in a hard time in my life, this was 10 years ago, and the last 10 years have been hard, I left that job a few months later, and I didn’t get to keep up with my friend. Looking back I hope she remembers our friendship and that was a truly special night in worship. I want to say God bless y’all and I hope you are all doing well. Thank you again, Karen B.

I was in an unequally yoked relationship about this time last year. It of course ended up in flames, and it was linked to the fact that I believed in God and she didn't. For months after the breakup and the heartache that followed I would regularly listen to this. I still follow God but have grown since. I'm currently praying for an equally yoked relationship!
