The red shemagh is made in Kuwait. Saudis use it more, but Kuwaitis, Saudis, and the Arabian Gulf are all one family. There is no difference. Most Kuwaitis have families and tribes in Saudi Arabia and vice versa

Rehash is made with sesame seeds and dates molasses and some use sugar. We sometimes have it with on breakfast or as a snack and it’s believed that it helps to strengthen bones because of the high content of calcium in sesame seeds . I like to let it melt in my mouth and let it run to my throat very satisfying feels like it clears it and then have a sip of a black tea or Arabic coffee with it.

Such a lovely vlog 🇰🇼👍🏻 Rahash is sort of like Tahini / Halva but in a solid form .. it is mainly made of ground sesame and date syrup (or sugar) with other ingredients. You can eat it plain or with traditional bread .. some may even add it to cake .

Your arabic is great A very nice video thanks for sharing hope you enjoyed your stay during this hot summer You’ve missed out on a lovely phase in the avenues called ( the gardens ) You should definitely try ( quris aqeely ) a kuwait sponge cake

The avenues is home to most Kuwaiti ppl, you will definitely run into someone you know like 99.9 % of the times 😂❤ we like the variety of everything environment, shops and food , you name it 🥰, welcome home, impressed about your Arabic pronunciation though 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🫡 Salaries are paid depending on the government or private sector starting the 21st of the month till 28th unless it’s a weekend. Check the 360mall new phase, not the same but still lovely

لا تتناول الرهش كثيرا فهو يحتوي على الكثير من جرامات السكر وخاصة خلال فصل الصيف انت لا تحتاج الى سعرات حرارية

You asked a good question about people not being retired and why they aren’t at work. In August schools aren’t open yet and the Avenues Mall is arguably the biggest attraction in Kuwait. I work night shifts and not a fan of crowds so it’s the ideal time to have a walk there. The mall gets busy everyday of the week but insanely crowded on weekends, especially salary weekends. Your vlog is amazing. Keep up the good work!

Is everything expensive in Kuwait? I mean, when we convert any currency to Kuwaiti Dinar... Wow... It disappears.
@user-ub5pn9op2q20 күн бұрын
It’s the highest currency in the world, but there are many affordable things in Kuwait

@@user-ub5pn9op2q, thanks. good to know. I've always considered visiting the country, but the exchange rate was off-putting I can consider visiting it in the near future. Inshallah.

It’s cheap for Kuwaitis but seems expensive because of what user-ub5pn9op2q said

Yeah 3 Kuwaiti Dinars is almost $10. You can survive with a low budget depending on where you go and how you spend. You are welcome to visit anytime but if you don’t tolerate the heat I’d recommend visiting between Oct-March.

They're Kuwaitis, we do wear the red Shemagh as well, but we wear it differently from Saudis, even the Dishdasha design is different from Saudis.
@Utoob84 күн бұрын
We wear it but we wear white way more and in Saudi Arabia it's the opposite, some people wear white but the vast majority wear red so it's understandable he thought they were Saudi
