You weren't even really trying to tackle this debate here, but you've effectively disproven the Catholic notion of Mary as the new Eve. Adam's flesh and bone were taken to create Eve, and we were taken from Jesus' body to form His church. The view of the church as the new Eve not only is in line with the church being Christ's bride, but also makes Eve's creation story make so much more sense. Great teaching.

It's true some of your preaching are amazing, but there are few are not been mention, but I think you know what I mean. I do not interpret the bible base on my own preconcieved idea, my own theology, or my own philosopy. This are the tradition of mans doctrine. Even the Apostles of Christ never preach the scripture base on there own understanding, or there own carnal thing. Christ is the only one is preaching the word of the Father, we are just a reader,or a sharer of the good news. It is Christ who live in us. We are all one sheep with one shepherd, or one Pastor. This commandment He recieved from the Father. He is the head of one body, or the head of the Churchs of God. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the head of all men, men are the head of women, and God the Father is the head of Christ. He gave His life for His sheep, and no one can snatch them out of His hand, because this aouthority given to Him by the Father. He was ordain from above before everything was created. When God said lets create men in our own Images. Who do you think the Father talking to.? The mystery was revealed at the cross, because out of ignorance of the truth we are under the power of darkness, or a slave of sin. Now we are baptise in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Are we still a slave of sin, or are we a slave of Christ righteousness, or an instrument of God righteoussness.? My question to you, who ordain you to be my Pastor.? are you the head of the Church of God. Are you the owner of the Churchs, or are you my creator the anointed son of God, or are you just like me a servant of God righteoussness.? can you go beyond what was written by the prophets, and of the Apostles of Christ.? Did our Lord Jesus Christ ordain a women Apostles, or a Pastors of the Church.? Are all prophets?, are all Apostles?, are all teachers? do all speak in tongues?, do all have a gift of healing?, do all interpret ?, Here is the the question ask by Apostle Paul. What is your respond, If you know the truth. From the beggining God created everything perfect, but they seek there own device. The women was been decieved first by satan, and Adam did not listen to God, but he listen to her wife. This is how Satan enter into these world, because of one man disobedience nobody can inherit the kingdom of God the Father, but God prepared a body to be a living sacrifice for our sin, not only for the forgiveness of our sin to distroy the works of Satan, but for the renewal of all creation. The one that concieved by Mary is a currupt body, but inside the body dwellet the Spirit of the Son of God to be crucified born of the Spirit, not of the sinful flesh. We are created spirit with human flesh. God do not please men, No man is good, or righteouss. I will use the unwise to shame the wise. Lean not on your own understanding, because My though higher than your though, and My ways is higher than your way. Many will crept in unnotice unto the Churchs of God who will read the scripture out of ignorance of the truth. They study the bible, but they never able to acknowledges the truth. Many false prophets, and false Christ will come in these generation. You will know them by the fruit of the Holy Spirit of God. They pretend to be wise but they are fool for Christ sake. If no one will depend the truth many will believe a lie, and many are loving it. Many will walk into a wide gate, because the truth will be maligned. there are many supporting verses of the bible are being ignore, instead they make there own righteousness, and have not submitted unto the righteoussness of the Son of God. They make there own version of the scripture with flattering word of man. They can even make there own parable, and proverb base on there own theological idea in there own carnal thinking, what ever they think that's what they believe. They are not decipline by any writting, or any ideology of the scripture. How many people are you going to distroy on judgesment. They call Me Lord, lord, but away from me, you who practice lawlessness I never knew you. Holy trinity are not mention by any Apostles of Christ. If any one preach to you a different gospel that you have not recieve from the writting of the Apostles of Christ let him be a curse. Take heed that no one will decieve you. May God Bless.

Judith Lazarus Hi there. I say this because I see the picture you have set. Please be weary and on guard against anime. I earnestly encourage you to be careful with what you watch and read. Abba Father had to pull me out of it because I was blind (maybe intentionally) to how terrible it-at least what I was watching and reading-truly was. I ask you to pray and be on guard that the things you watch and read are edifying and glorifying. Even kpop can be dangerous depending on what it is that we are allowing ourselves to take in (I went to your page and saw the kpop videos fffft). I don’t think it’s any secret that modern kpop has become severely morally deprived. The games, fanservice catering, etc. Some of the lyrics are cringe worthy at best on a spiritual and theological level. I say this not as an attack but as a warning to be careful! Blessings in the name of our HaMashiach (Yeshua/Jesus Christ)! And of course if you ever want to talk and all I’m here. I have no idea what you’re going through or how old you are, but I personally grew up in the world of anime and kpop from when I was pretty young and now that I’m out of it (thank Abba Father), I can see the error of a lot of it. This isn’t a sweeping condemnation because I know there are some professing Christians in the bands and such, but on a generalized moral level it’s pretty...whoa.

Judith Lazarus Hey there! I really appreciate the response! Thanks for being so kind about it too. Of course. I just sometimes feel the need to give people a little friendly warning because woooooh that world can really suck you in and get you into some dark places if you aren’t careful. Yeah. It’s definitely a culture I needed to get pulled out of for sure.

To my brother Mike Winger you have been a blessing to me in more ways than I can count. God bless you for the awesome work you are doing. I do have one question about finding types in the Scriptures. I am not so sure this is a good idea. I think an argument can be made for not going beyond the types already identified in the New Testament. I can just imagine the flood of new “types“ that will be coming soon. Isn’t it better to leave this to the guys who were inspired to write the Scriptures? Like I said, I have a really bad feeling about this. The Lord bless you and keep you.
"In Adam" vs. "In Christ" is how I have come to see hermeneutics and how we read the Bible. For instance, "in Adam" reads the Bible as a historical writing, which it is, and derives morals, virtues, and ways to live a wise life... good family, good finances, and so on. There is nothing wrong with that, but the reality is that it requires very little Holy Spirit, if any at all. What I mean is this: any person off the street can read the Bible and get this result from reading it. Do you see what I mean? "In Christ" is parallel to "in Adam", but the focus is the Living Christ. So, then you see "His-story" followed by the Holy Spirit's work, which is 2 Cor. 3:18 living and active reality. (Some would call that mystical.) Now, folks in the Protestant tradition have been brow-beaten for 500 years about the abuse of reading the Bible spiritually due to the Catholic tradition. For centuries leading up to the Reformation, the Catholic tradition made the Bible text say whatever they wanted it to say for their own purposes. So, guess what: that is not reading the OT "in Christ", or the glory that is seen. Where do you start? You start with Jesus's "one needful thing" in Luke 10:42 and make sure you sit there like Mary until you get it. IOW, you ready do need to develop a heart that hears the Spirit of Jesus' Voice. So, how do I do that? Paul is a good example here. Paul had "one things". Here are three of the obvious ones: 1 Cor 2:2, Gal. 6:14, and Phil. 3:10-14. Paul had one knowing, one boast, and one thing he did. Camp there until it makes sense. Study these thoroughly like at Biblehub. it will dawn on you that there is an ongoing reality of the cross that made the ultimate division from Adam, and that its is leading him forward by that same reality. For instance, "Christ and Him crucified" in 1 Cor 2:2 is not merely talking about the historic event of the cross. The word "crucified" is in the Greek perfect tense, which is a finished work with ongoing reality. English doesn't have this tense, but we do have the idea when we say things like, "It happened; now deal with it." Paul probably best explains what he means about only wanting to know / see the meaning of Christ and Him crucified in and among people in Phil. 2:5-11. That is where Paul says that everybody in the church needs to operate with this mindset / heart attitude / how you regulate with the community. It is the death, burial, resurrection dynamic. Another way of describing it is the seed-cycle like how Jesus described it in John 12:24. It has a downward into death trajectory that results in a life rising unto God trajectory. You see this function operating in OT stories through a people as well. This is why I use this icon graphic that looks like a circle with a cross in it. The two oldest basilicas in Israel had this symbol over the main entry door. I do not think it was a decoration. Rather, I believe it was a graphic template describing what you see when you read the OT in Christ. The circle relates to the seed-cycle. So, do many OT stories, especially in the Torah-Pentateuch. Think of Abraham sending Eliezer to convince a bride to come back and join with his son. That is a round trip. Not a perfect circle, but the idea of it is there. (Even Eliezer means Helper God. Cool picture of the Gospel, eh?) Or how about Jacob's round trip to Laban. it follows a similar pattern, and develops more of that lone seed idea. Down in Laban-land, Laban is a father of lies (Bait and switch with the brides), thief of the sheep, and in the return leg, (an accuser of the bride). Moses is another great round trip where the beginning and end are Mount Sinai. The other part of the circle relates to the doorways and openings in the OT and the wreath and the crown of life idea - nike stephanos. In round trips there is a first leg and a second leg. Also, there is often an obvious above and below component. These naturally form the cross, and each of these are their own definable and detectable Bible patterns. Shoot, Hebrews 10:9 just comes right out and tells you one: "he puts away the first in order to establish the second". That is practically EVERY pair of people in the OT. They all follow this pattern , some call the firstborn, where the actual firstborn doesn't have the true firstborn heart, but the second does. Anyway, it is like the crosshairs of a sniper rifle, because there is a main focus / focal point: what is suspended between heaven and earth. I totally recommend that OT study of finding all those instances and comparing them, because they are pictures of the cross - about putting away Adam / or the poisoned reality causing death, and seeing how God turns the story narrative upside down to give life. The tree-gallows in Esther... A son of David in a tree (Absalom)... Abraham's knife in Genesis 22 - by the way how did he see behind him if not in the reflection off the knife? (Most translations ignore that word behind, sadly. How about when David numbered Israel and the angel's sword is described where? Just where is the bronze serpent? Where is Moses and in what posture in both stories of Exodus 17? Come on! It's there, because He is there. WE simply need to believe that Romans 11:36 applies to the OT as well. All things are out from Him, through Him, and unto Him. It is time we have faith that God did intend to seed the OT with thousands of ways to see Jesus in the OT! Thanks Mike for sharing Jesus with us.

Is the dust and water from the temple floor in Numbers 5:17 representative of Christ? (For man was made from dust, and the tabernacle also represented His body)

Thanks and Blessings, in JESUS HOLY NAME. Amen. I BELIEVE that JESUS did it all for us, through HIS GRACE, HIS Death, Burial and Crucifixion. Romans 3:23-24 implies that WE ALL have sinned and fall short of GODS GLORY. I think there’s a very fine line between GRACE and WORKS.

Hey Mike quick thought, would Joseph be a type of Christ or is that a reach? The fact that he was sold into slavery by his own and later they came back and bowed before him and he was there King? Like Jesus and the Jews?

I think my daughter was about eleven when she asked me, if people who have different mums but the same dad can still look similar, and if Jesus was the “Second Adam” and they both had the same Father, is it possible they also looked similar too? Well, considering how Adam may have looked before he/they lost the covering of righteousness was lost, even before being divided into male and female, separate individuals, the Adam may have had some resemblance to Jesus in His complete, glorified body, when He is in appearance as light. I’d be interested to know others thoughts.

Though they have eyes to see and ears to hear they do not see and do not hear . First time In the garden, i saw what was real You will crush his head, as he bruised Your heal Up on the mountain, the substitute ram Came to take our place, nails through His hands Tangled in the bush, caught by the horns Up on the cross, bloody from the thorns Isaac carried his sticks, made from wood Just as You bore our sins, like no one else could Up the same mountain, did You both climb The parallels are deep, it really blows my mind I see you in Joseph, as you both lost your robes Jesus is righteous, I see Him again in Job He suffered more, than any man before him and lost every thing ,his health even grim Yet He cursed not God, and stood for what was right He forgave from the cross, the men in His sight An order from God ,place the blood on the door jam The door to heaven ,is only blood, from the Lamb Passover was the day ,when the blood was shed no blood on the post , the Firstborn Dead on to Joshua ,Synonym for Jesus, the Son of Nun Lead them to the promise land ,Just like begotten one The visitor at night, was a gift from the Lord God the commander ,came bearing the sword Victory was theirs, the only ones left Rahab the harlot ,their promises kept Through Rahab's family, came our only redeemer look at the book of Ruth, to make you believer Naomi was a widow ,who returned to Bethlehem with her daughter in law Ruth, a love she could depend Ruth is reaping, from a field she had not sown We are the branch, the tree had not grown There is so much more ,that I have purposely left out If stones could talk ,the blood would cry out If you have eyes ,and you say you can see There is no reason why, you cant receive Read His word ,promises come true open your heart ,and look for the clue There is so much left out of this its unbelievable how deep the bible is . I have read Navy pubs on the most advanced radar in the world ! They don’t even begin to touch the level of complexity of the Bible . I have been reading for 7 years and just this last year God has opened my eyes to things I never saw even though I have read it multiple times . I had eyes to see yet I did not see !Lately I cant get enough I'm wondering what else is He going to show me ? By Vern Nandal Thanks bro for your study after seeing this i figured you would like the poem i wrote ! i had done a study of typology and now im revisiting it when i stumbled across your stuff . This wasn’t new information but this hit me differently when you made the connection of Adam being wounded to Christ being wounded in his side as well. That linked for me these correlations: Adam was wounded (his perfection “sacrificed” by God) to create Eve (who through her womb we were all given physical life and the ability to procreate to make more human lives) and she becomes his helper and his wife. Christ was wounded (His perfection “sacrificed” by God) to create his disciples (who through their belief/teaching we are all given eternal life and sanctification through being reborn, and are given the ability to procreate/proclaim the Truth to make more eternal spiritual lives dedicated to Christ) and we the Church become His helper on Earth and His eternal Bride. Adam and Christ as probably the only two in Heaven who will still have their physical scars because of the amazing divine blessings that came from these scars/sacrifices.

Genesis 1 : 27 specifies clearly that " And God created man in His own image " , they're were not made to the likeness of God yet but only to his image and this nuance is capital Pastor Mike !

A from God Decree Gene 2:15, is said by types of Christ fulfills all the will starting in likeness, keeps food as supposed be....according to God we have care over the life given, stands as said a Garden called Eden...who are they who made it....if Christ removed certain people from doing what they were doing...money=idol/taking away free food/free health/ and sin becomes worse, corrupted the will. Because sin is breaking the decree/laws/and sacrificing life in labs/was/or con into using lies to say killing prospers?.....Those method of buy and sell./tax/cost/values, imposed a altering, in ignoring scripture...Jesus was sent from Eden/heaven to the man who said let us make is plural, and let there be, and it was...by being the word over dominion as owner Made...for to shared ideals.....a wound in the side bore a new woman pure!

Hi Mike! I understand that Adam and Eve - and marriage itself - is a type of Christ and the Church, however I have a question. How do you think this would have fit into 'the story' if Adam had never sinned. We tend to think of Jesus coming to reverse the curse, but if there was no curse to reverse, would that typology have been necessary? Or, does this just all fit in with the fact that God, having foreknowledge of Adam's fall (and therefore the fall of all mankind) set in motion the 'plan of redemption' in Christ? Does this question make sense to you and if so, how would you answer it? Thanks. :)

it is almost the same issue of what would have happened, if the Jews accepted Christ, on his first visit....there seems to be an alot of drama, in this world that we find ourselves in....
