I made an all brown one for my brother, for Christmas this year, just now. I am going to frame it once I get a frame. Also I was almost finished it, ran out of yarn cause I was using scrap, so I pulled a row out and it still looks great! Thank you for the pattern.

If you increase your hook size this will increase the size of the doily... if you want it a lot bigger then you will have to alter the pattern and add more rows and stitches .....Cathy@ The Crochet Crowd :)

hmmm sounds like you may be either missing stitches somewhere or your tension is off and your crocheting too tightly....check those and see if it works better for you....Cathy@ the crochet crowd :)

My motif is curling up and i have checked my stitches and it is correct and the stitches are not tight.not sure what is happening.

can anyone advise me.... as I was finishing this up it seamed very loose and curly when laying flat. Are my stiches too loose?

i am having the same problem, you are going to have to do some serious blocking on this, all my stitches are accounted for and i do not crochet tight, it just the way the pattern is
