Mr. Satan character development is actually amazing. A mere eyesore during Cell saga, evolving to be comic relief during beginning of Buu arc. Lastly, become actual Hero and Goku's family at the end of series. He is Legend

He was a hero in the Cell Saga too, given that his actions in getting 16 over to Gohan got him to finally hit Super Saiyan 2. And he would have gotten Buu to stop fighting before Super Buu was a thing, if those crooks hadn't shot him and Bee. Here, he's just cementing it. Liar and a fraud, perhaps. But also a hero who wants to help everyone he can.

yknow i've said it numerous times, and I said it when pekora played through this game. it is truly amazing as a long time fan of dragonball to watch people new to the series getting so into it and enjoying it so much. It almost brought a tear to my eye at the end when she said "I'll read the entire manga". Mr. Toriyama's work still inspires people to this day.

every time the earth is in danger in dragon ball i remember this scene and realise i don't care what happens to them, honestly if toriyama made it full circle with og and had everyone raise their hands because goku's good deeds throughout his childhood paid off and humanity remembered in that moment, rather than the og characters just being cameos as they are in the actual thing, it would be much more satisfying (as an example, it could use refining, especially if he really wanted mr satan to play an integral role)

all he did was realise why goku was so strong, he never said he'd give up chasing him, gt is far more of a disservice to vegeta's character than super will ever be, especially since super has vegeta using the same method of fighting for his family to consistently equal goku's strength throughout instead of lagging behind the whole time then getting an asspull to get ssj4
