@@milasor108Hare Krishna ,it's same as any vessel, what here in India we do is wash them with any mild soap and after drying it apply little oil on it so it doesn't get oxidised , my mother uses kadhai and for it we do this only If you are still confused there are articles available on Google to maintain iron vessels you can read them

I was from 16 to17yr old 6ft and i went through B12deficency and anemia and malnutrition medications had very normal effect it took me 1yr to recover i started drinking milk and it really helped im 18 and in about 1yr i also had to go through psychological struggle especially initially then with name of krishna and love of gau mata i have fully recoverd by grace of krishna we dont eat onion and garlic🤗❣️ You'll be very well very soon mataji🙏Hare Krishna🤗❣️ This time when i recoverd i devoted myself fully to Shri Krishna i learned more about european culture and im learning dutch and german right now i have reached decent conversational fluency in dutch Ill be in europe very soon

Mataji pelase eat lots of pomegranate and dates , spinach which are full of iron and vitamins my mom feed me a lots of spinach (in paratha ,saag ) and due to all this my heamoglobin is 13.6 gram 💪🏻 due to my mom 😅 hare krishna ❤

Yes, this is very True. Even I have to intake Iron Tonic after my Menstrual Cycle. In past sometimes my Hemoglobin Count used to Fluctuate during PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome) and after Menstrual Cycle. I am a Vegetarian, too.

@@milasor108 Yes sure, it's so easy. Soak 1 cup of rice in water for 2 hours. Blend it along with 1 cup of jaggery, some cardamom, and 1 ripe banana. Your batter is ready for the appam. Use ghee and make the appam. It's called 'nei appam or unni appam' in Tamilnadu and Kerala. Hope your Krishna likes it. Btw I didn't know about the iskcon temple in Zurich until I saw your videos. Would love to take my daughter there sometime :)

Hare krishna mataji 🙏 Im too anemic and did iron infusion last month don’t worry in 1 week u will feel much better and energetic. If u manage to get gulkand basically its mixture of damuscus rose petals and unrefined sugar it is rich in iron and taste good just 1 to 2 tsp everyday.

You can try the following home remedies to improve iron levels in the blood. 1 spoon wheatgrass in 100 ml water and / or 1 spoon moringa leaves powder in 100 ml water Also, if you cook food in iron utensils instead of aluminum it helps. I'm sure you are aware of other things like green vegetables, dates, black raisins, etc. There is an ayurvedic product which apparently helps in anemia which is Punarnavadi Mandoor. You can get it next time you are in India. Buy only reputed brands like Baidyanath. There are spurious brands also which may be contaminated.

hare krishna mataji .i had iron deficiency and low rbc count when i was eating meat. now i have not eaten meat for four years. I got a blood check up from a doctor and my iron level has increased and my rbc count has also increased. before iwas getting dizziness and had low energy ,now those things have disappeard .before i was really thin,now my weight has also increased.:)

For vegetarians with iron deficiency the key is to eat a lot of LEAFY DARK GREENS, like collard, kale, mustard, etc. Never use any vegetable seed oil or deep fry, which is common source of health problems among vegetarian Indians. Only boil and gently fry on low heat. ONLY use cold pressed oils, like olive, coconut, avocado, ghee, pure butter.

This is nice to hear. You are one more proof that those who eat meat also suffer from iron deficiency (I mean you don't eat meat anymore but when you were eating 🙏🏻) Vegetarian diet is the best diet for humans becasue it is cruelty free and spreads love and peace.

You nailed the appams especially since this is your first time. You can dilute the batter slightly (like the pancake batter consistency) and then try making them.

Add brinjal/eggplants(richest in iron), quinoa, dry fruits apricots, raisins, broccoli to your diet. They have plenty of iron. Look up for Panjiri recipe for strength in general. what you made is widely called Paniyaram in South India, and is made from left over dosa batter in most of the cases. The rava dishes use ENO(commercial name of fruit salt of Indian brand) fruit salt , which is usually less preferable option. Gujarati dishes like dhokla are made by fruit salt fermentation. The fruit salt use doesn't feel suitable for divine offering: bhoga.

Hare Krishna Mila, I have been anemic all my life and have been taking iron pills . Now that I am in menopause, my iron levels are back to normal 😊 A doctor relative suggested to take iron pills for 7 to 10 days only during my periods and that helped

@@milasor108 you can try with both....I have used beetroot and spinach with rice and daal one......and mix veggies with rava or sooji.....it's going great....Blanched Spinach and grind it. This will give a green color appam....You can also make green color dosa, Idli. I used to make for my Daughter...green color , pink color ......She loved it.

You have inspired me to revisit & read Mahabharata. Also I feel what you made is Paniharam & not Appam (Appam is more poured in a circle like a Dosa with a batter made of raw rice, coconut & boiled rice and eaten with egg curry , Kurma , coconut milk or any spicy gravy of your choice). The paniharam does look good! You can add grated carrot and/or grated lauki (Bottle Gourd) to the batter to make it more nutritious. Fermenting is always better (Any fermented stuff is good for the good bacteria in your gut)

In saline water they inject a certain dose of iron and that flows into the blood drop by drop. Yes, I know it looks like I am getting so much iron, when actually it is saline water with iron. I am glad I have inspired you to read Mahabharat 🙏🏻

I am vegetarian and I am not deficient in anything. My doctor also agrees that vegetarian diet is enough for all nutrition. I just had a test done a few days ago. Meat eaters just say this to justify the cruelty to animals.

In sastras, for each month and geographic location basis or the month wise what we are Supposed to eat is already given and accordingly our festivals are celebrated for instance Makar Sankaranthi we cook in newly harvested rice and dhal, like wise Ram Navami time is during summer so light to bodythe prasadhvwill be cooked during Janmashtami, Ganesh Chaturthi is SWM monsoon time accordingly the prasadh is made like every quarter Navaratri time,Diwalitime is based on locally sourced foods and prep. Whether you’re Non veg or veg deficiency are due to less nutrients presented in the food raw materials and quality of the cooking process determines this include source of food, raw materials, agriculture pattern, cooking methods, utensils , chemicals fertiliser used everything matters how long you’re cooking, how we are cleaning, how are we storing, etc.. People procrastinate is more though they know well the importance of kitchen food etc

Hare Krishna Ma, I'm wondering why Ma didnt take food or drinks that increase your iron intake instead of shots, just wondering is there any reason behind this? One day I found out I was low in iron even before I became vegan, I was vegetarian every morning I make a smoothie of beetroot,red spinach (both of this is must), add soaked figs, dates and fruits like, prunes,apricot,watermelon,strawberries either one or two depend on what available at that time and make sure to add citrus fruit to be able to absorbed the iron well, I keep having it every single morning sometimes afternoon too and It helps me soo much, and recently went for check up and my iron is well increased and maintained. I hope maybe you can try this ma Hare Krishna

Um i think i just havin a bad day today in the morning which i described to you just now and then an hour later i had appointment at psk(Passport Office) which was going fine until i forgot to collect passport grant slip bcz of which my passport would be delayed by a week anyways everything is good i have booked an appointment i knew people at passport office so i was able to now ill just collect it and yeah that will be done my application was granted and i wouldve had collected that slip if had known the procedures but anyways a week ill wait more

I stayed in a rented apartment from someone I know and I also cooked for myself as there was a nice kitchen. From time to time I ate in MVT restaurant, Govindas or 11 florwers roof top restaurant.

There is some few recipes which you can try at your home:- 1. Aloo Tikki chaat ( vrindavan style) 2. Moong daal kachori. Similarly u can make urad daal kachori. 3. Kadhi chaval. (Kadhi is the most favourite dish of my Krishna). 4. Masala khichdi. 5. Idli sambhar or idli coconut chutney. 6. Paneer Paratha.
