A week ago, I sprained my right lateral ankle. It was a mild sprain. I share in this video the journey from spraining it, to performing rehab exercises and then returning to running within the first week.
All sprains are not equal so this is just an example of my rehab experience with this injury but I am sure you will learn a few great take aways.
I am a PT based out of the White Mountains in Jackson NH. I specialize in working with active people who want to return to or experience their passions, sports, activities, work, etc. with better knowledge, strength and performance. I work in-person and remote.
