The company was better in Brooks hand. She is colleged educated chemist and forrester tried to rip off her belief formula so she got what she deserved. She offered to give the company back but they manipulated and lie. So brook taught them a lesson and made them more money than ever before. Face it, Stephanie ran nothing but her mouth and Eric couldn't run a company. He just need to design. I mean look at him now. Oh I miss those golden lines from back in the day 🥰🤩 Stephanie, Sally, Brooke, Sheila, Eric, Taylor, Ridge, Thorne, Felicia, Kirsten etc. What would make this show great again is a storyline for Quinn where she takes legal actions against Eric so that hè will give her, her jewlrey designs which she wants for herself to start up her own jewlrey house. Quinn would realise to fully seperate herself from Eric is by cutting ties with FC. She won't wanna see Eric and Donna being happy together so she decides it's time to move on. Eric won't allow her to take her jewlrey designs away so puts up a battle. Their divorce becomes a war. She'll also offer Carter a place at her new business, but Carter loves working at FC as coo so this will be a dilemma for him. Katie will guide him in making the right decision and warn him about Quinn's dark side she tents to bring out when she becomes enraged with something. Donna will interfear in the battle between Eric and Quinn and try to make Quinn stop before something irreversible happens. Donna's medelling and gloating will fuel Quinn's anger only more and make her go after her for revenge. For Bill a storyline about his health and mental state could work. That losing Katie, Will and Justin becomes to much and when hè throws himself in more work hè get's a mental break down. Wyatt and Liam find him unconsious and call 911. At the hospital Liam and Wyatt each individually talk with their father alone. For weeks they've warned him about taking a step back as they've noticed him being a little off, but hè refused to listen. At the hospital Li becomes his doctor. She's shocked when she sees him unconsious and tries to put her personal feelings asside. She's grateful for Bill to save her life and help reunite Finn with Steffy and their children. Now she's returning the favor. Katie makes a call to have Will come home under the circumstances with his father. Hope and Flo fill her in on Bill's state. Li soften everyones worries as Bill is in a stable state. Bill's family pleads with him to fight and wake up. Especially Katie who still loves him very much despite the past. When Bill finnally wakes up everyone is relieved. At home Bill needs to take some rest and takes a step back from everything that could cause stress. So work and sport is off limits. Hè also needs to take medication every day to allow his body to restabalise. Li will visit him two times a week to see how he's doing and if he's taking his medication. This will strengthen their bond. Katie brings Will home and Bill is thankful. Bill's family gathers around him for love and support. Meanwhile Li and Bill's bond only deepens as they start sharing their personal feelings and important factors of their lives. Their first kiss happens at the beach when Li decides Bill needs some fresh air after an failed attempt to reignite his family with Katie who has decided it's better for them to stay friends and focus on their son and Bill's health. After Bill and Li's kiss their romance starts brewing. Li tells Bill once they get him back to his old self they could explore whatever this is. Bill agrees. Bill gives Wyatt and Liam the task to look after the company while hè is away. Wyatt and Liam start making new content for Spencer Publications. As Quinn is battling Eric and Donna for revenge and Bill and Li are falling in love through Bill's recovery from his mental break down a well known, but bold character returns to town. Amber Moore. Now that Wyatt and Liam temporialy run the company, Amber has plans to run her own company in the near future. She first runs in to her old lover Deacon. They catch up and Deacon get's suspicious of Amber's intensions. Later Amber meets up with Wyatt at Spencer Publications to make a deal. She wants Spencer Publications to invest in her own fashion house she can run all by herself. In return Spencer Publications get's 40% of the profit she makes with her designs. Wyatt is intrigued with the offer, but only considers it if her fashion house becomes a division of Spencer Publications and they can make content about it. And hè wants 50% of the profit. With these terms hè might consider her proposition. Amber accepts the terms. She wished she would get full control as an independent fashion house and would share some profit, but she understands she has to be fair. But Wyatt also tells her that in the future if her fashion house becomes a success and her designs get a lot of popularity, hè might consider allowing her to control the fashion house without Spencer Publications being the owner. Later Brooke spots Amber and Deacon celebrating Amber's deal with Spencer Publications. Wyatt agreed. She can't believe Amber is back and confronts her. She questions her true agenda. Brooke assumes Amber is back to go after Rick or Hope again. When she learns Amber signed a new contact with Spencer Publications to start up a fashion house under Spencer Publications umbrella she can't believe her ears. She assumes Amber is after money again and might try to steal some from Spencer Publications through this new deal. She warns her to stay away from her family. Especially Hope and Rick. Rick is planning on coming home. And Brooke fears the worst now with Amber back in town. She rather see her pack her bags again and leave. At Spencer Publications Wyatt and Amber grow closer through work. Flo will evantually notice that. Somewhere else Jack will get heads up about Li's new man from Finn. Jack vows to make things right with his son and ex wife. Finn slowly allows Jack back in his life. Steffy will help them create a bond again. She would hate to see them fighting forever. Jack also pleads his case with Li to reunite their family again, but Li rejects Jack's offer to try again. She has moved on from him. Jack and Bill will become rivals. Meanwhile Jack meets Katie at Ell gar dino and they bond. They'll develop feelings for each other. But as much as Jack would love to give Katie a chance he's stil very much in love with Li so their relationship won't last long. Jack will realise when hè dates Katie hè only uses her as a rebound. Katie will notice this too when Jack keeps meddling in Bill and Li's relationship. Bill will get frustrated with Jack and go to war with him. But Li will remind Bill to think about his health and advice him to ignore Jack. Li will meet Bill's dangerous side when Bill uses every laverage and power to stop Jack from meddling. Justin will also return and meet Jack. He'll offer a partnership to take Bill down as both of them despise Bill. Jack will think about his offer. Justin plans on stealing Bill's ceo position at Spencer Publications by creating bad publicity on him. When Bill accidently let's Jack end up in a coma after a fight where Bill punched Jack and Jack falls against a rock with his head. hè covers his tracks and makes it look like Jack hit his head by accident. Hè leaves him unconsious behind. Wyatt later finds out and get's angry at his dad for again covering up a accident. Bill pleads with his son to keep it quit. Meanwhile Flo and Amber meet in person. Amber talks about how grateful she is to Wyatt and how hadseome hè is. Flo get's jeaulus and irretated. Amber has her sights set on Wyatt. She also thinks about who she should hire as her lead designer. At Forrester tension is brewing between Zende and Thomas when Steffy announces she wants to create a new line to showcase at a upcoming fashion show and needs a designer. When Steffy chooses Zende over her brother Thomas get's pissed. Hè and Zende argue on Steffy's decision and who's a better designer. Thomas later runs in to Amber and shares his problems with her. Amber then offers him a position as lead designer at Katherine's gift (the name of her new fashion house). Thomas thinks about it. Meanwhile Justin digs on dirt against Bill. Hè suspects that Jack's accident wasn't just a accident. Hè thinks Bill might be behind it. Meanwhile Li, Katie, Finn and Steffy worry about Jack's condition as hè is still in coma after hè nearly died in that accident. Finn breaks down in emotion about how hè wished hè'd taken the chance to give his father another chance sooner. So that hè could be a part of his family. Steffy consoles her husband. Meanwhile Katie and Li are arguing about Jack and Bill outside Jack's room. Katie blames Li for this as she broke his spirit. Li defends herself and mentions her toxic marraige to Bill. Brooke tries to calm the situation down before it escalates when she walks in on their tense argument. Meanwhile Bill arrives at the hospital to support everyone especially Li and Finn. Hè is ridden with guilt as he's responsible for Jack's coma. Wyatt also stresses out over Bill's secret and that infects his relationship with Flo. They argue as Wyatt is dealing with stuff but can't lay it on Flo. Flo feels bad and get's support from her mother who gives her advice. Amber meanwhile takes advantage of the complications between Flo and Wyatt and consoles Wyatt. Shauna will notice her interfearances and put her on notice. Thomas decides to leave Forrester and go work with Amber. Steffy is shocked with his decision. She advices against working with Amber. Amber can start production as she finnally has a lead designer. Forrester Creations and Katherine's gift are working hard to outshine each other. Steffy visits Amber and warns her not to take advantage of her brother. Later Brooke pays Wyatt a visit and pleads with him to pull the plug underneath Katherine's gift. She wants Amber gone as she knows she's a manipulative and vindictive person. But Wyatt ignores her warnings and request. Amber plans a little stunt on Brooke to warn her. She knows Brooke will be the entertainer during the fashion show in Paris and wants to ruin her reputation.

Fantastic ideas. It's amazes me how the fans can come up with better storylines and ideas for this show than the actual writers. These writers never show any originality or creativity. It's the same repetitive crap over and over again. The last good and original storyline they did was Quinn and Carter. That was something no one saw coming and it worked well.

While Stephanie became likeable in the last few years, she was otherwise quite mean. In fact, it wasnt until writers explored her childhood abuse by her father while her mother and sister stood by and watched, that they softened her character up a bit.

She always favored Ridge over all of her other children. Tried to steal her ex-husband's other children and when she couldn't, she turned on them, too. She wanted to raise Rick and Bridget, but basically treated them like garbage. Then, she began an affair with Sheila's husband, James, with whom she had been happily married and raising a daughter - far after their issues were resolved. The affair triggered Sheila, but rather than end the affair, she attempted to have Sheila imprisoned and steal HER daughter. The creators of the show even talked about how bringing Sheila over from Y&R to be Stephanie's nemesis was interesting because Sheila was a villainess, and Stephanie was often a villainess. Stephanie was like the female equivalent of JR, from Dallas, a nighttime soap on which Susan F once played a role. But if you don't agree with me, that's cool. You can also see how her creators viewed her early interviews. She did not soften until the end, the last few years. She never minded using Brook in the first three or four years, or abusing her. Stephanie frequently threw in Brook's face that she miscarried Ridge's child. She schemed to have Brook's family ripped apart. So Brook did take Eric away from Stephanie for retribution. But she did really believe she loved him enough to try and make the marriage work. Ridge and Brook would have been married since right after Caroline's death had Ridge's parents and an unethical Taylor not interfered. That is the truth. Everybody knew it and talked about it with such candor that it was common. But the worst was having Eric believe he was Ridge's father. And honestly, I wish that today, Brook who is being sensitive to Stephy(the most childish CEO ever) might remind she is as much a Forrester as her step-daughter. Because family is not just a name. If it were, Bridget, and Rick would be Forrester while Stephanie would not be. Actually, Eric should pull Stephy aside and tell her so. Brook only yielded her 51 share of the stock for Stephanie, and to keep peace in the family when the rest of them really tried to manipulate her belief formula away from her. Steffy really should be given a dose of B&B history. So should some of the viewers.

Quiet it as it kept, Brooke kept FC in the green. When Stephanie forced Brooke out and took over, she ran FC into the ground. She got rid of everything Brooke brought to the company, the Men's line, Belief, Brooke's Bedroom. 5 months later FC was drowning debt. I thought this was the writers of giving Brooke fans a wink.

Forrester Creation was a billion making company in the first season (1987) with divisions in multiple countries. Eric and Stephanie built it from the start and it got big and sustained big for over 30 years before Brooke became CEO. Nowadays it is put that it was some small knock off firm that suddenly became big and huge because of Brooke. Sure she did well, however the company existed and was big before her and still is after her reign as CEO.
