Miles. ENG are shit. Why? Because they are showing no progress. They're worse than when we beat them 2-0. We were our own worst enemy at Twickers. Woulda shoulda coulda has zero relevance. You either perform under pressure or you don't. Either that or ENG is the most unluckiest team in the world. And Marty. Can you please stop comparing Razor's first year with Foster's 4th year? Foster's 2020 season was a 58% win rate despite his 8 years as an ABs international coach & having players like Brodie, Whitelock, Aaron Smith, Mounga, Frizell available, all now gone. He had 4 years to build, then rebuild after nearly getting sacked in 2022 (well done, NZRFU). And unlike Foster, who only had 4 tests v AUS & 2 v ARG in year 1, Razor was handed arguably the most challenging itinerary ANY ABs coach ever received. If we beat Italy, a 71% win rate will apply. A B+ is about right. Certainly beats 58%. If you really want to know if the ABs have improved, just ask yourself - do you now EXPECT them to win every test? The answer for me is a resounding, yes. We couldn't say that for most of Foster's tenure & certainly not through much of this year.
