Miley is so mature, straightforward, smart, self aware, and seems to have learned a lot from her past. That reflects not only in her self expression, but also in her art. Her music & videos, and especially her lyrics, are increasingly clever. The way she managed to remain sane with the life she's had is a huge achievement in and on itself. She is not a role model, she chose not to be, and such individuality is something we all could learn from. So proud of her!

@@jadebel7006 An OP down here said it best, the internet cannot let anyone say anything nice without retorting back with something very negative or hateful. Sinead came at Miley first and Miley was just a little frustrated with Sinead in that moment. Because Miley was judged and ridiculed for so long up to that point and Sinead (a woman) knew exactly what it was like to get exploited and treated harshly in the industry. In fact, I'd say Sinead definitely had it a lot worse actually and yet despite that it was unfortunate that she kinda ridiculed Miley like the rest of the media did at that time. And since Miley was only 20 at the time and fresh out of her teens it was only natural, she'd be a little frustrated. Tho she never once made fun of Sinead nor anyone else struggling with mental health issues for that matter. Nor do I think this is all entirely Sinead's nor Miley's fault either. I think this was just completely blown out of proportion and this 10-year-old feud only just resurfaced recently just to have people find another reason to hate on Miley, and to trash on Sinead's legacy. I'm sure they were both able to move on from this "feud" and Miley has already grown so much as a person since then anyway. And Miley has also been a major advocate for mental health for years now especially with her Happy Hippy Foundation. I'm also positive Sinead wouldn't exactly appreciate ya'll worrying about some 10-year-old "feud" that wasn't exactly a feud to begin with at all. May the legendary Sinead rest in eternal peace in all seriousness. I truly hope she's in a much better place now since she has been through quite a lot herself. She was a troper, a warrior, and a survivor and she deserves to freely rest peacefully now. 👼💞

I'm glad that the older she gets she sees how privileged she was to already grow up in fame and not having to struggle to get to where she is (given how talented she is isn't a surprise) but I think getting to listen to the stories of how her dad grew up and what a "real life" consists of is what has made her humble because of those stories she knows she can't ever understand what a rough life truly is because she was blessed to be brought up in better times in her father's life. It came out the week I was diagnosed with breast cancer that has now went to stage 4 but that song it means so much to me and a lot of your other songs too have played pivotal parts in my life and gave me so much hope and joy too so it’s not all bad. But I felt as if you wrote this for me at this time not even knowing that it would be what celebrates what my life was so thank you for this cosmic connection and all the good times and happiness your music brought me in my life. I'm 23 years old, born in the year 2000 and Miley was the heart of my childhood🥹💖 Hannah Montana took over the world and she was the epitome of a teen pop sensation, right next to Britney Spears. Miley is an icon and she made Disney Channel HER channel

She is unapologetic for EVERYTHING. She embraces it. Backs it. And LOVES it. I absolutely love that for her. She's unashamed and grown.

The first time I heard used to be young, I was crying my eyes out. I had just moved back home with my baby and was processing so much new life anxiety, while being back home. An trying to understand who this adult is now while feeling guilty for not wanting to go out with old friends. It came on and hit me like a ton of bricks! Such a beautiful song!

The fact that I was OBSESSED with Hannah Montana when I was young- watching Miley grow has been such a true blessing. My mom used to watch the show with me when I was 10 because she was a a fan of Billy Ray back in the day. My mom passed away @46 to a heart attack and I can’t hear Miley’s voice without thinking of my childhood, with my mom. However it’s weird cause it’s a nostalgia feeling with growth behind it.

Me too😢. My mom passed away last year this month at just 44😢. She and i have the same strong deep voice like Miley's and Miley kind of looks like one of my mom's sister's kids. It's really fun😢😅. May our beautiful moms rest in eternal peace and may we reunite with them in a beautiful way ❤❤

It’s crazy how we all grew up with Hannah Montana, and here I am at 23, still so inspired by her, like she’s actually such an authentic positive figure that is empowering and comforting.

I love that she spent so long on the Dead Petz era because that album is so overlooked, and the promo cycle was so abbreviated, and it’s some of the best work she’s ever done, I love it so much

as someone who still claims that Bangerz was the BEST concert of my life, you were 100% right in every choice you made with that tour. LIFE CHANGING and set the bar so ridiculously high.

Hearing her talk after so many years, it does sound a little strange but still amazing, she grew up so much, achieved so many things. She's a queen in her own right after everything she's been through
