Don't worry about the S400 "seeing stealth". That's what Russia says to sell the system. They claim it can because the radar system is slightly upgraded from the S300 system which shot down a F-117 in Serbia in the 90's. There is alot to go into how the S300 shot it down, to put it simply, they got lucky. If it really could see stealth then the other F-117s that we're c9nstantly bombing the Serbian capital would have either been shot down as well, or grounded. The US stealth capability has advanced miles since then, while the Russians anti-stealth technology is barely walking.

BTW I did 14yrs in the US Air Force as a weapons maintenance technician, basically I loaded bombs and maintained the weapons systems on various aircraft. I loaded on the A-10 for 4yrs. The PCSed to Lakenheath AFB in England and loaded on F15s. My final few years went spent with a CSAR unit. I got to attend the Dillion class for the M134, it was badass.

I would use the Tsar Bomb to clear a path through the Kuiper Belt. Clear a MASSIVE hole through the Asteroids. Just launch two a few hours before the other.
