Soon as I saw surplus treasure hunt, I knew you were off to Kaufmans. So many different sleeping bags. I was amazed that the US military handed out such a variety of bags. I was given a horse blanket (that was coarse) and a thin nylon liner which was useless. You froze in winter. You’re so lucky to have such a fine store close by. 👍 Good review. On eBay the M49 bags of Korean War vintage and later are selling for $64-$75. But, it is eBay and you have to trust people you don’t know instead of folks you do know. That alone might be worth the price difference.
