Milk souffle Cake Recipe. The cake that melts in your mouth

1 egg
40 g sugar
50 g melted butter
50 g dark chocolate
Bake in a preheated oven 180 C for 10-15 min
Milk souffle
120 g butter
60 g whole condensed milk with sugar
170 g eggs white
1 tsp lemon juice
a pinch of salt
250 g sugar
80 g water for syrup
20 g gelatin ( if you have powdered gelatin , add another 120 g of water )
Glaze
75 g dark chocolate
20 g oil
