I lived in Memphis for three years, and I can tell you from experience that people want all styles of music in Memphis. I have never seen such a diversity of styles anywhere else. The other great thing about Memphis is that it doesn’t matter if you are just beginning your musical journey or if you are touring act with a record deal the musicians in Memphis care about each other’s work regardless of genres.

I just got one and I have to say it's a freakin fantastic pedal. I have a Fender Twin and have been playing through it for 30 years now, it's almost 50 years old, and this thing nails it though I would say that the tremolo might even be better. I got this for my new Marshal clone that has no reverb or trem and this little pedal totally puts the Twin sound in the Marshal. They totally nailed it with this one!

the tap insult was a result of 70s and 80s whiners with pedals that didn't have it. So now the instant gratification whiners can have it.....totally useless. You know, how corporate' compile input from buyers who think they want this or that cute feature, but really don't want this or that cute feature ? ...they (corporate) do it all the time, like say - Windows 10 - see all the stupid cute features it has that took out the actually usable features ?

Gorgeous sounding pedal.Might have to acknowledge that it has more vibe/mojo than my current True Spring( The TS goes farther on extreme sounds, and can be customized further via an app.); in comparison to the real thing, emulations tend to lack the cut and harsh edge that some would endeavor to eq or gate out.Personally, I dig that percussive quality, and the MM maintains much of that.The trem is rarely sweet as well. Like many. I initially balked at a digital emulation like the Source Audio, but hearing is believing, and often what you want in a live mix is different than just playing by yourself.I don't know if I'd replace the TS, but I'd be considering this as a contender if I was actively in the market for a Spring verb.

i tried one for a few minutes at a guitar center, i don't remember it being drippy, it was more like an amp style verb than a fender outboard 6g15. Thats a pretty distant memory though.

the super swell is interesting. It has some really good sounds in it but it can be finicky with various pickups. It wants to be hit HARD with high output pickups.

I was either tempted by the T-STOP or a more expensive combination of the SUPER SWELL plus Hampstead Signature tremolo. but I opted for the cheap VHT melo-verb. Which I like a lot ! ..given that solid state amps generally suck, I wasNT going to invest too much for a pedal. Basically, if you don't have on board trem/reverb in a tube amp....you'ref'ckd
