खूपच सुंदररित्या सुकिर्त आणि उर्मिला ह्यांनी आपले विचार मांडले. मला फक्तं येवढंच वाटतं की कोणत्याही relationship मधला transition phase हा थोडा uncomfortable करणाराच असतो कारण आपण एका comfort zone मध्ये असतो किंवा एकाच मानसिकतेतून त्या relationship कडे बघत असतो. जेव्हा आपण हा विचार करू की transion झालं तरी नियत पहीलेसारखीच कशी टिकवायची आणि विश्वासात घेऊनच प्रत्येक निर्णय घ्यायचा तेव्हाच ते relationship अजून खुलत जात. बाकी काय बोलणार नेहमीप्रमाणे एक नंबर Podcast... 💯👍🏻

Wonderful episode and most needed. When it's an inter cast marriage, a girl is taken for granted and expected to change as per her in-laws expectations and customs, rituals followed by them in most of the cases. And this is happening in well educated families who are born brought up in a metro city. Why can't in-laws respect her beliefs, opinions and decisions? And here husband plays a vital role, to handle & balance the situation. And i have observed that boys who are victims of over parenting always take parents side or they are highly influenced by what his parents say. It will be great if you can make episode around this. Bang on on 31.00 min..."aai vadilanni pan mulanche sukh baghitle pahije". Urmila and Sukirt are definitely lovely people and very thoughtfully handled their relationships before marriage. But both of them are blessed with understanding parents. So it worked out well for everyone. Sometimes the parents are so toxic that when kids do so many things for them that they start taking kids for granted. If son is scrutinizing his wife's cooking then instead of taking daughter in law's side, his mom take the scrutiny to next level. The real test is to handle such parents

थोडं आधीच्या पिढीमध्ये नवीन सुनेचं सगळं वागणं बोलणं फार scrutinize व्हायचं..तेही बेंचमार्क सासरचे वापरून...त्यामुळे मुलींसाठी संसार म्हणजे स्वतःला सारखं सिद्ध करत राहणं आणि तरीही खूप वेळा imposter syndrome अनुभवास येणं. नवीन पिढी मध्ये या गोष्टी बदलल्या असतील अशी अपेक्षा.
