Millennuim Force At Cedar Point

Millennium Force is a steel roller coaster built by Intamin at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio, United States. It was the fourteenth roller coaster built at the park since the Blue Streak in 1964. When built in 2000, it was the first roller coaster to exceed 300 feet (91 m) in height, and was briefly the tallest closed circuit roller coaster in the world, before being surpassed by Steel Dragon 2000 in August 2000. Also, it is the second longest roller coaster in North America after The Beast at Kings Island. It is also the first roller coaster to utilize a cable lift system, rather than a traditional chain lift.
Millennium Force has been voted the number one steel roller coaster in the world in Amusement Today's Golden Ticket Awards six times since the year 2001, and has never been ranked lower than number two since it opened in 2000. Millennium Force has switched the top position with Bizarro at Six Flags New England, a megacoaster of very similar construction, five times in the last ten years.
Millennium Force's tagline is "The future is riding on it."

I don't care what people say, whenever I get asked what the best coaster in the world is, it has to be Millennium Force. Sure Kingda Ka and Formula Rossa might hold the records, but for a complete ride this one takes the cake. 320ft and 93mph is all you really need, not to mention it is a ride which isn't over straight away. It is still at the age of 17 the king of coasters. It's just a shame living in England I haven't had the chance to ride it yet, but I will :)

Don't hype it up too much. A lot of people have been let down because they expect non stop intensity. Millennium Force is not nonstop intensity. It's about speed and overbanks with some airtime. Don't get on MF expecting non-stop intensity or insane airtime. If you want that, Maverick and Steel Vengeance are just steps away.

If you're able, I suggest u get the Fast Lane Plus. I went Aug.3 (SAT) and I bought the Fast Lane Plus, and it was worth the price! I got on rides with little wait. The wait time for Millennium Force when I went was 2 hours! I got on the ride in 20 minutes!

Mathilde Jenkins 122 degree banking is essentially upside down. It's not a complete inversion, but it is upside down. Your head is below your extremities at that point.
