When you add Suji, it is not a millet bread. You have taken a lot of Suji which is full of gluten. So how can you say that it is millets bread? People are eating millets to escape from the ill effects of wheat gluten

Absolutely true .... sooji is 50%😮😮 and millets are 50%. This no way can be called millet bread. Please do not mislead people. Am downgrading this video

Something I noticed in Indian origin products they have no Maida symbol in front but In back ingredients it says wheat. I asked an Indian tour guide about this he says Maida means white wheat flour but the product contains whole what. So it is technically correct but not gluten free.

@@samisau1502 The guide probably not a cook himself or has limited knowledge of ingredients. Maida means highly refined wheat flour, just like available in any other country. It has high amount of gluten.

@@mayadegaspe8411 yes refined white wheat with no brown or whole wheat in it that is Maida that is what I said. The products say no Maida contained with a symbol of a wheat plant crossed out but in the ingredients written on the back it says wheat. So it does contain wheat it is not gluten free but it does not contain Maida i.e. refined white wheat not brown not whole wheat.

When you substitute sooji, with Amaranth or Vari flour use Flax seed powder/ gel n also psyllium husk to create elasticity

Semolina is a form of wheat. Hence while kneading your dough you see elasticity due to the gluten activation in the rava. Can you share a gluten free bread recipe please

Use Baking soda & baking powder....like we use in cakes....no need to knead or proof....texture will be bit dense, but quite good. I make bread without yeast regularly

Lower rod on dor first 25 minutes Then you can on both rod for 5-8 minutes I used double tray for slow baking. Which give you perfectly baked bread

Only bottom for first 20 minutes Last 3-4 minutes both rod on It will give a golden brown top layer

Add more water during kneading process. Dry bread becomes crumbly while cutting.

Hey I tried making it but I didn't add oats and my dough at the end wasn't as smooth like yours. Is it because of oats?? And secondly the outside coating wa little dry, so can you tell me what can be done??

No its not because of oats. You will get Smooth dough by proper kneading. After baking Cover bread loaf with a wet cotton cloth for 10-15 minutes it makes outer side soft. You will not get outer side soft as maida bread .

Hi Proper kneading and cover it with wet cloth after removing from tin for 10-15 minutes will help in soften. In 1-2 trial you will get it.
