Fun fact for the day - if you put down $400K on one of these coaches, you will still have to pay $14,395 a month.....for 20 years! And that is just the loan. Probably $20k/mo TCO. Thats crazy to think about. I would imagine most of these are cash buys with businesses and trusts listed as owners :)

They aren’t selling because rich people know we are about to go into a recession and financing is more difficult these days. I’d stake cash and wait for the collapse in asset prices if I was a rich person rn.
