Yeah that was nonsense. People say “it’s not about your income” as a way to be humble. But this guy is a process engineer, I’m sure he has a solid income approaching or over six figures. Someone with a household income of $40K a year with kids is not going to be a millionaire till they’re about 65 years old, if ever.

Good for them because that is their lifestyle. Happiness is defined by your level of satisfaction. There is a tradeoff to a high savings rate but if their satisfied good for them. Living in Texas where home prices are less has a lot to do with this. What I find interesting is this host Chris; you can be a millionaire with a voice like that! Lol

With that gigantic house but only 1.3 million net worth? That kind of house in my neighbor will easily go up 3 to 4 millions here. Anyway I am not impressed. They are couple, that's about $650K each.
