“Saved a little money in ice cubes today” Graham goes to calculate the volume of water he would have used creating the ice, the electricity I would have used to change the water into ice, and the reduction in his monthly bills that skipping ice did for him. Graham now just drinks room temp coffee

I really hate alcohol and I don't understand why people like it. "I did really well. Let's celebrate by killing a bunch of braincells, so that I don't do well ever again." Or... "I did really badly. Brooke & Eli I’m 18 about to be 19 and my goal is to buy my first property by the time I’m 22ish. I’m currently enrolled in university too but I don’t pay anything out of pocket and I work part time. I’m saving most of my income and investing almost half of my bank account. I also have my first credit card which I’m making all of my purchases on and repaying them back with my debit so I can build up my credit just in case I need it for a mortgage. I think it’s safe to say I will be getting my first property in my early 20s as well🤞🏽.

Reselling diamonds is the worst. Unless they are part of some iconic piece of jewelry that can be resold well. For example, engagement rings are often a fraction of the price, when you buy a resold diamond and have it set yourself because buying jewellry is sold with an up to 3xmark-up to the actual value.
